Our farm is located in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve in a quiet part of Sandberg on a 7,000 sqm property. The Fulda flows directly through our farm and invites children to splash and play. In 1998, the former farm was completely renovated, with a lot of love for detail. In the garden you will find sun loungers, hammocks, a barbecue corner as well as a frog pond and a children's play area with a swing and a stilt house, so there is enough space to relax and unwind.

The well-kept granny flat is situated in a quiet location below the Rauschenberg in a residential area. Shopping facilities and a pizzeria as well as a bakery are within walking distance. The city center and the train station are also only about 30 minutes away by foot. Cathedral Square concerts, musicals in the city castle or the events at the Hessentag 2026 can be reached in 2 minutes by bus or relaxed on foot.
