Our employees lived in the flats offered by Jürgen for several months in total. Obviously, during this time there were situations that required immediate solutions and host intervention. Jürgen always responded promptly to our requests and solved the problems that arose. Communication was excellent, the host always responded to our messages within a couple of minutes. There are also no comments about the apartments themselves. Everything was as stated in the description and also the pictures did not differ from reality. We would recommend Jürgen and his properties.

My five week stay with Astrid was very pleasant. I felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first day. The direct view to the Main River and the fireplace were a highlight. Würzburg Central Station is super easy to reach by car. The communication with Astrid went smoothly. Here, the well-being of the guest is paramount, which I also felt. Always happy to come back:)

What a lovely apartment, with all the comforts and very warm and cozily furnished. We felt right at home! The apartment is on the slopes and the view is breathtaking. It was nice that we received all the necessary information in advance, it was very complete. Questions were answered almost immediately. We can recommend this accommodation to everyone!

Perfectly located apartment with many stores and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. I really like having the car parked in a garage rather than trying to find a place on the street. Despite being in a busy part of Kaiserslautern it was quite and peaceful at night.

The apartment is wonderfully stylish and furnished with the element of wood, the Saartje Prum crib is a hit for the kids, in the kitchen you will really find all the details, the bathroom is very well equipped, the living room is wonderfully cozy, and the view from the terrace is fabulous! There were four of us with two nights in the apartment. For a family with two kids we found the apartment perfect. It is tastefully decorated, and we found everything very nice and clean. Especially the comfortable beds are to be emphasized positively. In our experience, this is rather rare in vacation rentals. Beautiful view, quiet location. Every now and then you can hear something from the apartment above, but the house is not very clairaudient. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and straightforward. The flexible check-in with key box is great! If we are in the area again, we will be happy to book the apartment again.

We stayed one night in the apartment and we enjoyed it very much. The upper town and the castle of Marburg are easily accessible on foot. The apartment was as described and everything worked out smoothly.

We had a wonderful weekend together in the apartment. The location in the middle of nature is wonderfully quiet – just right for relaxing. We particularly liked the cozy balcony and the private sauna – ideal for a few relaxing hours for two. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment was just great! Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, and the newly renovated bathroom was also great! The apartment is also very easy to reach by public transportation. Particularly noteworthy is host Hildi: super easy and very pleasant, helpful communication. Thank you again for everything! The place was super clean and exactly like the pictures. The host was friendly and very responsive, making everything smooth and easy. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed. We had a lovely stay. With a lot of peace and quiet to just slow down. The place matches the pictures , we didn't lack anything. Maybe a screen would be attached to the hot tub to the terrace:) We would have felt even more comfortable with that. But that's complaining to a high standard. We definitely recommend Andre's place.

We had a really great time. Completely relaxed and everything was clear before we went that side. Super beautiful garden where you can completely relax. Otherwise very neat and clean ! But there was a little less to do in the village itself. All in all, really recommended !

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
