it was an incredible experience. The home was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a perfect getaway spot. The well-maintained lawn was a delightful place to relax. What truly stood out was the delicious food prepared there. Every meal was flavorful and satisfying, and the barbecue was a real highlight of the stay. The evenings around the bonfire, enjoying good food and great company, created unforgettable memories. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Kodaikanal.

Seems I manifested this stay. Growing up close to NE Indian hill stations, studying etc. always wanted to stay in a quaint, cozy hill top home overlooking the misty hills, watching sunrise from the balcony, have outdoor breakfast in the lap of nature, cooking maggi in hills, having coffee overlooking the hills. All these came true. Latha, Rajni, Selvi big thanks for such a lovely place. The road leading to the place is also very navigable. Walkable & short drive from local market should you need anything. Befriended a new feline friend as well. Latha’s place is just what your soul needs in the hills.

Had a great stay at Lilly’s Cottage in Kodaikanal. The place is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a quiet getaway. The outdoor seating area is a big plus — ideal for enjoying the weather or sitting around a campfire in the evening. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the hills.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were 13 people and occupied the entire villa. Every mentioned amenities are accurate. Rooms are very spacious. Interiors attract the most. Maintained well and extremely clean. Host is very responsive and helped with smooth checkin and check out. Caretaker was very helpful and was available whenever we needed something. Pictures doesn't justify the beauty of the villa, it's more beautiful in real and very well maintained.

We took a private pool cottage with two bedrooms for our family of 5 including two kids. The cottage was neat, private and the pool was the right size for the kids. The pool was also maintained well. The food was homely and tasty and was reasonable price. There was a small water fall and a stream inside the property. They are still developing the property and it would have been nice to have. a small hike in the property with pathways through the cardamom plantations. They gave coupons for us to the nearby vagamon heights adventure park which was also great and did some activities there Vipin , the caretaker was always available on phone. He was very pleasant and always ready to help with all our needs. A great place for a family vacation

Above all, the host was exceptional; warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist while respecting privacy. Their attention to detail and hospitality made the stay even more special. The stay at Swastham was great and unforgettable experience. Mr. Joy was so helpful and very friendly. The bungalow has a massive plantation where Mr. Joy took us for visit, it was so pleasant and informative. He described about the plants and cultivation process, my kids and wife enjoyed very well. Had homemade foods daily which is so tasteful. One day Mrs. Joy cooked traditional Kerala style breakfast and it was truly tasty. Every morning we wake up by hearing beautiful sounds of the birds and hot coffee and sit out is unbelievable. There are two caretakers and they were very friendly and we felt like staying in our home. I highly recommend this place. Truly truly amazing.
