Мы были счастливы познакомиться с Милошем и его гостеприимной семьёй! Отличное расположение, прекрасный вид на горы, чистейший воздух и превосходное вино!!! С удовольствием приедем сюда ещё не один раз!

Nikolas house was a great destination! It's really spacious and it was very clean in all rooms. Especially the kitchen was very well equipped if you are planning to cook for yourself. It also has a nice balcony and a parking lot in front of the house to park your car on privat ground. Nikola was very quick and friendly responding my messages. He also offered to organise a boat tour for the Skadar lake (which is very beautiful and close by). Entering the house was also very flexible, because you can just take the keys out of a locker at the house. So we really had a great time at Nikolas house and could definitely recommend it!!

We stayed at Marina's upstairs apartment for one night so we could catch an early flight out of Podgorica. She and her family welcomed us warmly and were a pleasure to chat with. The weather was hot the day we were there so we used the air conditioning unit which helped cool us off. The apartment was spacious and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, we would highly recommend booking with Marina and her family!

Отличная частная стоянка, предоставленная хозяином. 2. Фантастический вид на озеро и горы из салона и с балкона. 3. Кухня позволяет приготовить все, что угодно. Есть индукционная одноконфорочная электроплита и объемный холодильник. Довелось варить и жарить, готовка прошла успешно. 4. Зоран (хозяин) мгновенно реагирует на запросы и решает возникающие проблемы. Исключительно ответственный и приятный человек. 5. Зоран владеет моторной деревянной лодкой для экскурсий по Скадарскому озеру. Категорически рекомендую воспользоватся его услугами. Клуб кинопутешествий отдыхает. 6. Расположение аппартаментов исключительно удобное. Несколько минут пешего хода до местных ресторанов, кафе, супермаркета. Это же касается автомобильных экскурсий в окрестностях озера, из Випразара можно достичь интересные места и достопримечательности на все 4 стороны.

The house is really good it's marvelous basically it s premium villa. Also the owner of the house is really friendly. We recommend to everyone. I hope to stay here when I come to again.

A beautiful location, this house has everything you need for a lovely stay. The hosts were very welcoming and even gave us grapes and figs from their land which were delicious. You also have access to bikes which is great! The house sits on a large garden which you can walk around and take in the views. The house was nice a cool in the hot summer weather. The hosts were available for any questions we had about the local area and site-seeing etc. We highly recommend!

Buna rağmen klima, sıcak su, internet ve mutfak ve balkon mevcut. Basitçe günlük yemek ihtiyaçları karşılanabilir. Manzarası körfeze bakıyor ve keyifli. Yaz aylarında çok daha keyifli olacağına eminim ama sürekli yağmurlu ve soğuk Tivat kışında bile bizi herhangi bir şey üzmedi. Fiyat/perfomans açısından tavsiye edilir.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed. My husband and I spent 4 nights in Bojana’s apartment. Great location on the marina and two minutes’ walk from South gate of old town Kotor. You get the location and peacefulness. You can also eat outside as there is a table at your disposal on the patio. We have enjoyed our offer in the morning looking at the marina. The apartment is beautiful, newly renovated- it seems-, extremely clean , spacious and very comfortable. Bojana is a super host - she has great recommendations for restaurants, activities ( boat tour, beaches …). And another major advantage is - and believe me you will appreciate it once in Kotor- is a parking space reserved for you. Thank you very much Bojana for a wonderful stay at your place.

Perfect in every way. Beautiful, comfortable apartment with a view in an exceptional location. All appliances, electronics and WI-FI in perfect working order. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! The host was incredibly friendly, explained everything about the city, and gave us some fantastic recommendations. They were always available whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a great view. The old town and other key areas were very easy to access. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Het appartement ligt op een rustige, mooie plek! Goede plek om bij te komen en prima als uitvalsbasis voor het Skadarmeer. Het appartement zelf was erg groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bij aankomst werden we verwelkomd door de vader van Dora, een erg vriendelijke man met heerlijke zelfgemaakte wijn. Hij heeft ons ook enkele tips gegeven over de omgeving. Echt een aanrader!

Fantastic location, wonderful and responsive host. Smooth check-in and check-out. Beautiful apartment exactly as described and wonderfully clean and uncluttered. Nice crsip white towels and sheets. Unbeatable view!!!!....nice walk to old town and all the action then a quiet evening on the balcony for peace and night lights from the city. Milo was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially with helping us check in early. He was super friendly and met us at a time that worked perfectly for both check-in and check-out. Very informative and made everything easy for us. He was very responsive to our questions and needs, a great host! The apartment itself is something else – the views are absolutely breathtaking, truly a must-visit! It had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and tidy, and made for a perfect few days away. I am going to recommend this place and Montenegro itself, beautiful country!! Thank you so much, Milo!

The apartment was even better than was shown on the pictures. When we arrived someone was waiting on us to show the place and how the jacuzzi worked. The people were really friendly. The VIEW was amazing. I’ll be coming back for sure.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Old Castle! There were six of us in our travel group and we reserved the entire castle for our five-day stay. Filip and his family were incredibly kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond when they made us a traditional dinner and shared their homemade grappa and wine with us. I highly recommend booking the entire place for your stay if you can. We loved having the castle all to ourselves. The pool area and restaurant on the main floor were great areas for us to gather all together, and the separate apartments gave us our privacy when we needed time to relax on our own. Filip and his family were phenomenal hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay.

Meine Familie, insgesamt 7 Personen waren bei Liubov zu Gast. Die Villa ist fantastisch, 4 Schlafzimmer , 4 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und eine Pool. Die Lage ist super, zum Meer geht man einige Stufen, der nächste kleine Strand ist auch fußläufig. Zum einkaufen oder essen gehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast, es wurde einmal die ganze Villa gereinigten, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden sehr oft getauscht, man muss keine Badetücher von zu Hause mitbringen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hilft sofort bei den kleinsten Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Liubov buchen:)

We absolutely loved our stay!! Couldn’t recommend this airbnb more. As a group of 7, this suited us perfectly, and we made full use of the space, including some great BBQs in the outdoor space. Everything was as described and as in the photos, and the hosts were brilliant! Going above and beyond to greet us upon arrival, help us with car rental for the week, and anything else we needed. The place is also secluded enough that it feels super private and special. We hope to come back for another group trip - Montenegro is truly beautiful

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful new villa in the north of Albania. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. Communication via Airbnb was very good. The villa is perfect for a large group or multiple families and offers a great view of Lake Skoder. There is a lakeside beach within walking distance, as well as cozy restaurants and cafes nearby. For groceries, you need to travel a bit further, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Montenegro is within driving distance and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a clean and relaxing vacation!

The property and surrounding area are beautiful; the host responsive, friendly and helpful. Great villa in a great are with much to do.

Serenity villa is part of “must stay “ category. The contemporary exteriors flow well with earthy warm colors and modern interiors. The villa is a peaceful retreat on the top of the hill with a marvelous view of the Shkodra Lake. Benida and Pikhost very commutative, we needed charcoal for the grill and they responded right away, the maintenance guy (Isa) was so helpful. Definitely will return to this vila. Milo’s was very friendly & welcoming. Great communication from start to finish. The villa was lovely & very well equipped. The pool was great & the boys went in it every day, despite it being April!
