We loved staying here! What an amazing location with so much to see just from the balcony. We especially loved going out on Igor’s blue canoe and watching all of the incredible birds from the lake. Great hosts and very responsive!

We were honestly blown away - quiet literally! Nikola was friendly and professional, right from picking us up on the boat to dropping us back off. He made sure we felt at home, helped when we were stuck for groceries due to flight delays, and even threw in some house extras! The house was well equipped, with free kayaks to use, local restaurant, and the views were simply breathtaking. The only sounds were of birds chirping and boats gurgling. We had a couple of windy days, but that only made the experience more exciting. We had our breakfast on the patio, watched the sunset and stars appear, dipped in the river, bird watched, and went kayaking up to the monastery. Overall, a beautiful house in a breathtaking place of natural beauty, with a superb host... We recommend boating over to the restaurant in the summer. Many times we even watched the friendly restaurant owner pull out fish from the river - It was delicious.

A lovely place in a lovely surrounding with wonderful hosts who showed us how they produce their wine and also let us taste it. It is not for from the lake or the sea, but very quiet and great to relax.

This place was perfect, convenient and pleasant, right next to the small center of Virpazar and facing the soothing lake

Nikolas house was a great destination! It's really spacious and it was very clean in all rooms. Especially the kitchen was very well equipped if you are planning to cook for yourself. It also has a nice balcony and a parking lot in front of the house to park your car on privat ground. Nikola was very quick and friendly responding my messages. He also offered to organise a boat tour for the Skadar lake (which is very beautiful and close by). Entering the house was also very flexible, because you can just take the keys out of a locker at the house. So we really had a great time at Nikolas house and could definitely recommend it!!

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

I was scheduled to arrive around 10pm, unfortunately we stayed due to the defect and there was no problem at 2am to check us in and show everything. Beautiful clean, plus since we were traveling with dogs, there was a dog enclosure available. I'm sure we'd love to come back.

This is an old renovated house, perfect for nature lovers and people seeking peace and quiet!! My dogs loved the surroundings. There was a minor inconvenience with the water supply but Lazar had made sure I had some bottled water for all my needs. The pool, which is larger than I expected, really compensated for all that ☺️ Great communication also, Jovan and Lazar where available and prompt to reply. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking surroundings. Nestled in the heart of Montenegro's natural beauty, the villa offered the perfect mix of privacy, peace, and luxury. The home itself was very inviting, giving us an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation. It felt like a home away from home, with cozy interiors that were well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The villa had all the modern amenities you could ask for, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor area. The swimming pool was pristine and kept clean every day by a friendly groundskeeper. The villa felt like a hidden gem, far enough from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located to explore the local attractions. Ivan is a wonderful host. Very clear and quick communication. We would hughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious retreat in Montenegro. You won't be disappointed!

We had a great time at Milka's place. Her parents stayed next door and hosted us. They were very nice and welcomed us and were willing to help with anything. We were able to communicate even though they knew almost no English. A special atmosphere. The space is very spacious and included an excellent and useful pool, balcony and patio with a magical view of the river. It is important to know that the rooms had separate units and not as one home. One room with two double beds . A room with two single beds. Bathroom and shower. And a room with a kitchenette and a seating area. The furniture in local rooms is basic and simple, but satisfying. Nature surrounds the place. We enjoyed river bands. The water is very cold (for those who like). As well as sailing both kayaks that were there along the river. The place is in a small and pleasant village of Danilograd. It is necessary to leave with a car to get to a nearby supermarket and restaurants nearby. The distance from the city of Podgorica is less than half an hour's drive. Thank you for a pleasant and special experience and for the caring hospitality.

A host made of gold. We arrived at noon at the property. In the fridge were waiting for us for beers and a fresh watermelon as well as fish caught the same morning that our host rushed to prepare us in frying ...! In the afternoon, he took us on his boat for a walk on Lake Skadar, it was magical. A big thank you to him! Regarding the accommodation, a big favorite too. Located in a secluded location, but 5 minutes from Lake Skadar, it offers unparalleled comfort! The plus: you can shower outdoors! There is even a small swimming pool and a cabin in which to take refuge to read quietly.

I was so pleased to be welcomed to Montenegro by Tanja and her husband. They are kind human being and responsive to any issue or need. The woodhouse matched perfectly my expectation : quiet, peacefull, authentic whith an outstanding view over the lake. Top 👍

Jerry was great, got us everywhere we wanted to go and had everything we needed. We had a great week in Montenegro exploring the amazing scenery. Radoje was a superb host, super responsive and made sure we had a great trip. Jerry has a lot of character and really catches the eye!

Exactly what I needed for a overnight stay. Very kind and responsive host. Just remember to turn the water heater on for the shower at least an hour before you shower if you don’t want to freeze. Close to the bus station. Great coffee shop next door.

Our stay at Mirkos Appartment in Cetinje was amazing. The place was spotless clean and equipped with everything needed for a longer stay. It’s situated right by a park very close to the city centre. Parking is available close by and it takes about 30 minutes by car to get to Podgorica or Budva. So, there is plenty to discover with Cetinje as your base in Montenegro.

Biljana is a great host, very helpful and caring. Her apartment is spacious and comfortable, has washing machine, air conditioning etc. It was a pleasure to stay here ;)

The experience has been amazing. Two of us traveled through Montenegro and Albania for two weeks. The car worked great, easy to drive and comfortable. The rooftop tent is simple but very comfortable and easy to open and close. It is equipped with chairs, table, stove, blanket, sleeping bags, pot, pan, cups, cutlery, umbrella... But the best part of the whole trip has been the relationship with Alexandar: he is the most generous person we have ever met! He was always keen to ensure we were doing well. He offered us an apartment in Podgorica because there was an alert for heavy rains and storms and many more details. This trip has been fantastic, but one of the best things we'll take away from it is Dusty and Alexandar's hospitality. A 1000/10 host. Thank you for this unforgettable trip
