I had such a great stay at this property. The location was perfect—tucked away from the noise and distractions, making it an ideal peaceful retreat. It felt like the perfect place to unplug and relax. The surroundings were beautiful and gave off a calm, cozy vibe. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly, which was a major highlight after long days of exploring and relaxing. The house was well-kept, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It really felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to recharge, this place is it. I’d absolutely come back again!

We had an incredible time at this beautiful villa! The infinity pool with its stunning sea views was definitely a highlight, and the lush garden surrounding the house created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We spent a lot of time on the upstairs terrace, enjoying drinks and soaking in the views. Inside, the villa was just as impressive—spacious and tastefully decorated with unique vintage lamps. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the games room was a fun bonus for movie nights. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and the marble bathrooms were a nice touch of luxury. The location was perfect too—private, yet just a short drive to nearby beaches, charming towns, and great restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the beach in just 10-15 minutes. This villa was the perfect place for a family holiday, and we can’t wait to return!

We spent a great holiday in a beautiful and atmospheric place. I highly recommend it. The renovated house has all the amenities. The swimming pool is great. The area is beautiful - peace and quiet. In the vicinity there is a donkey farm that does not disturb. Very good contact with the nice host of the house Marko and his father. Rating 10/10🙂

incredible place! so well located - a relaxed village only a 10 min walk away from the lake and all the restaurants. milo was so so helpful and friendly and was very easy to get in touch with during our stay. incredible view from the pool too!!! would definitely stay again

Everything was great! Incredibly beautiful place. There is everything for a holiday with friends : hammocks, grill area, the possibility of a picnic on the street, clean pool.

Great, quiet and peaceful. We loved being close to the village with all the boat tours and restaurants without being rightj in the bustle of things. The location was quiet and beautiful, great pool (a bit cool in the spring but still nice) and well equipped kitchenette for light meals. The recommendation for the boat tour we got from host was also amazing, we loved the cruise we chose. Thank you!

Svetlana is an amazing host and the house and areas is really beautiful. Huge recommendation. We did not have a car, which we would recommend if staying at Svetlanas house and in general when travelling in Montenegro. Take care Svetlana and thank you for all your help.

The cottage was charming and reminded me of holidays by the sea. The accommodation is in the Podgorica Stara Varoš area, which is the oldest part of the city with a still rural character, but very close to the center and everything you need. The surroundings and proximity to the river add a specific charm to the place. The cottage has everything you need upon arrival and during your stay, as if you were coming home. There is also a courtyard with seating. Only some of the surrounding houses are inhabited, so there is complete privacy, and at the same time there are neighbors around, so the place seemed very safe to me as a woman traveling alone. If I ever return to Podgorica, I will definitely be happy to rent this cottage again.

Beautiful little property but make sure you park on the road opposite and not drive up the hill like we did the first night 🥴. Plenty of space opposite and parking is not a problem. Snezana and her mum were great hosts and helped us with lots of information. They were very kind and let us have a late check out for our late flight too! Great stay

It was a great stay. Lydia and Goran are great people, very welcoming, very warm and very available. Arriving late Saturday night, we were unable to do the shopping and so they served us a great breakfast on Sunday morning (and also the day of our departure). Fresh fruit and homemade grenadine were in the fridge upon arrival. The apartment located on the 1st floor of the house is beautiful, spacious, ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. There is also an additional studio for rent if you want to come with more people. There is air conditioning and all the necessary toiletries and laundry (I want to clarify this because it is not mentioned in the listing). The geographical location is ideal for the whole center (Ostrog, Niksic, Lake Skadar) and the Adriatic coast (Bar, Budva, Kotor, Ulcinj...). The trips were about 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes. It's a little further for Tara Canyon (2.5 hours) though. A big thank you to Lydia and Goran!

Great accommodation. While located off the beaten path, it is still close to many natural attractions. Very quiet and relaxing, everything was great! I would definitely come back.

We had a great vacation at the property. There was more than enough space for a group of 8 people. We were allowed to harvest the kiwis, figs and pomegranates in the beautiful garden, which tasted fantastic. The pool was clean and Valentina kept asking if everything was okay. Her tips for restaurants were also great and we could eat very well in the area. Check-in and check-out could be made flexible.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Ivan and his family were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Ivan went above and beyond our expectations of a good host. He gave us excellent recommendations, advice and offered to drive us places. His garden was beautiful and his family kindly gave us some of the best tomatoes we have ever tasted. If we were to return to Montenegro, we would definitely love to stay at Ivan’s apartment again. Thank you Ivan for making our stay so memorable and wonderful.

Nikola’s place is beautiful! The house has so many different spaces to hang out, it is very well equipped, and is well located right next to Shkodër Lake. They also helped us book a private boat tour on the lake, which we really enjoyed. I completely recommend this place and hope to be back :)

Skader Lake is so beautiful! We had a great time there. Large accommodation for actually more than 2 people. There was everything we needed. Djuro was super in contact with us and responded immediately. Very nice! The view of the lake, which is shown in the photos, looks a little different in summer. It is clearly overgrown but you still have a beautiful view of the lake. The small fishing village is very sweet and from there everything was easy to reach.

Spacious and spotless, great stay and loved it. the host is so supportive and respond in minutes. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!
