Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. We rent a cozy 2-room apartment with a newly renovated bathroom, private access and a fully equipped kitchen with seating on the 2nd floor of our single-family home. The rooms are equipped as follows: 1 bedroom with 1.40 m bed 1 living room with desk, sofa, armchair, TV and balcony access 1 modern kitchen with coffee machine (incl. coffee capsules), dishwasher, induction field, microwave & oven 1 newly renovated bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine

Self-contained apartment, Brombachsee, Nuremberg City/Messe

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

Our farm is also in a quiet location for working people who are looking for a place to stay near their place of work. Breakfast options and local delicacies are within walking distance.
