In addition, the sofa in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable sofa bed with just the push of a button – ideal for additional guests or a cozy movie night.

We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. In sunshine, the highlight is of course the huge natural garden, whether on the terrace under the walnut tree or in the deck chair on the meadow

The quiet cottage is on the edge of the woods near a residential estate. There are many leisure opportunities because the cottage is located between the "Altmühltal" and the "Fränkischen Seenland" so you can do many different trips. Because of the quiet and peaceful location of our cottage we decided not to install WiFi so our guest can take time out.
