The home is gorgeous with plenty of room. In a quiet location, but close by to plenty of places to go. Host was super responsive on messages. For example: a message was sent letting them know a remote was missing, and multiple were there in hours as replacement. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

Super cute house with a very cozy vibe. It was very well stocked with all necessities that were needed. Great floor plan with bathrooms in all 3 bedrooms. Felt like home.

Min and Glen have an awesome place, great location and not far from the beach. We love bringing our dog on trips and Min and Glen were very accommodating. Also we had to change dates and Min made it stress free. We would totally stay at the City Woes 2 Sandy Toes again.

We had a great stay at Kolleen’s place. Loved the front screened porch to relax in and listen to the birds. Was very peaceful. We came down for Easter and to visit my son, who lives in Oak Island. Kolleen’s place was just as described and had plenty of room for my family of 5. We even hosted dinner, one evening, for 7 of us (plus 2 dogs) and there was plenty of room. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, just a little tricky crossing the main road (but doable). The bikes were an added plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Yolanda was very accommodating. Place was as described and seemed newly renovated. The price was a bit much for one night, but I'm assuming it goes down some if you get it for longer.

We needed a short-term rental while our home was being completed, and Brandi's home was the perfect fit. The location was ideal—close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The spacious yard was great for our pups, and the quiet neighborhood provided a lovely setting for walks. Brandi was incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. If I were simply visiting the area, I would highly recommend this location, as it offers convenient access to a variety of attractions, from Myrtle Beach to Wilmington.

Booked this place for a local half Ironman triathlon. it was perfectly located between all the sites I needed to get to afford the event but also close to several restaurants and beach and downtown. exceptionally clean and cozy place, quiet and peaceful. Friendly and extremely responsive host. Will book it again next year when I come back to race. Highly recommend it.

We loved this home!! My husband and our two fur babies came down for a week between Christmas and New Years for a "warmer" getaway. The home was lovely, clean, neat, tidy, decorated minimally (just the way we like it...not cluttered with tons of "chachkes"). The backyard was fantastic! Plenty of comfortable seating, nice fire pit, pool, and plenty of space for the dogs to run around. We were within walking distance of the Cross City Trail, great for walks and bike rides. The location is close to tons of restaurants and grocery stores. The beach is close by, as is the downtown area. Karley and Nick were super responsive hosts with lots of great recommendations. The bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable, and the bathrooms were very luxe! Highly recommend this wonderful home!

This place was amazing! The pool was beautiful and great for our family. We always take our dogs on vacation and the fenced in back yard was awesome. The ping pong table, foosball table and games kept us busy as well. Felt like home away from home. I would definitely come back next time we are Wilmington. Great place for families and dogs.

Great location, and a great time. Backyard with pool is perfect with plenty of room for activities and entertaining. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes.

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

This place is just as advertised and is a great place to just walk north all the way up through Freeman Park. It’s under 4 miles there and back.

My only concern was the check out instructions stated in booking and the check out instructions in the room were minimal - we will take care of everything . But at 4 pm I received different check out instructions that included many chores - and as I'm okay with the cleaning and removing linens and garbage , it was not stated that way before. So I was a little confused and did the chores as to not want to follow the house instructions. Might have been an Air BnB thing . Not sure but wanted to let you know. Your house was beautiful and would love to stay there again. Thank you for sharing it with my family.

This place was so peaceful and cozy. The house is beautiful and feels like home from the moment you walk in. Very quiet neighborhood, great fenced yard with pavers for dogs to play without the mess of mud, and great area to hose off beside the house so we were never tracking in muddy paws or sand. We visited with our three large dogs and even they felt so relaxed almost immediately. The house is spacious and has a lot of character. We loved looking at the art. The hosts are very hospitable and so kind. It is so hard to find places that are truly dog- friendly and as clean and comfortable as this one. We had a very special stay and will definitely be back.

We had such a great stay here! The place was perfect for us and our dog—super cozy and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The location was amazing—literally just a block from the beach like the listing says, and not too far of a walk to the boardwalk either. The house had all the basics (wife thought it was very cute!!) plus some fun extras like board and card games, which was a nice touch. The hosts were great—really clear instructions for checking in and out, and they gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. Definitely felt like it was worth what we paid. Would totally stay here again!

My family and I had an amazing stay! As soon as we walked in the place smelled so clean. The owner responds super fast and I didn’t even have to bother him for anything. I can’t wait to book my next stay!

Beautiful views of Masonboro and the ICW. I think our dog had the best time of anyone! Great private beach perfect for kids and doing some fishing. We enjoyed our stay!

Really nice stay. Single room and bathroom in historic house. Short walk to Castle Street with great restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Also walkable to downtown and waterfront. Katherine a very responsive host, thought of everything. Communucated frequently and left a list of restaurant recommendations. Complimentary bottle of wine and a corkscrew. Clean, well-appointed room. Snacks. A fridge and microwave. On a main street but set back, some noise but mostly very quiet and private. Charming. Just very nice and near perfect for one person or a couple.

Amy’s place was perfect for our weekend away with our pup. Great and convenient location right across the street from the beach access. Amy was great with communication and provided some great recommendations for us! We would stay here again!
