Fully equipped with all the cooking essentials, washer & dryer unit within condo, WiFi and cable. Private beach access is 100 steps from the front door. The complex has three outdoor pools which are seasonal and a recreational building with a heated indoor pool open all year round. It also has sauna, hot tub, gym and changing rooms. Sorry no pets allowed in rentals as per HOA.

There is a Shibumi beach canopy as well as a couple boogie boards for guest use. 4 Person GOLF CART INCLUDED w/TOWN PARKING PASS! Save Money! Park close to beach and boardwalk! Accommodates up to 4 guests: 2 Queen-sized beds, crisp cotton linens and plush fluffy towels! Small kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker. Come relax and unwind at the beach!

Cowabungalow - Luxury Condo

This custom LUXURIOUS 1-bedroom oceanfront sleeps 4 w/pull-out couch and is completely NEW inside. This unit is oceanfront, 2nd story w/elevator, covered parking in a gated parking lot, and a fully stocked kitchen, park the car & never have to drive during your stay! Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.

The ottoman in the living area converts to a comfortable twin size bed. Beach access being just a few steps away. 5 minute walk to the CB boardwalk.

Centrally located, The Loft is exactly 0.1 miles from the nearest public beach access and 0.5 miles from The Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Guests are never far from a relaxing day by the ocean or the many exciting activities Carolina Beach has to offer. We personally lived here for two years and enjoyed every moment!
