Great unique place to stay. Cool vibe inside and hostess was really responsive for anything you needed. Perfect location , everything is walking distance. If loud noise outside isn’t for you then this wouldn’t be the spot for you but I didn’t mind it. It’s easy to walk outside and walk to all the good spots including the river walk and good restaurants and shops.

Great place to stay while exploring the area! Hosts were friendly and kind and area was nice.

This was our 2nd time at The Birdhouse and we still hope it's not our last! This is our go-to spot for Wilmington. The place is spotless and perfect for any type of getaway.

We enjoyed our stay here, it had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Coby was very easy to communicate with and was always prompt in replying. The place was very easy to find, there was plenty of parking and it was in a great location! We never used the car once we arrived as we were able to walk everywhere. The place was super clean, super quiet and very secure. I especially liked the shower, it was amazing! I’d love to return to Wilmington and would definitely stay here again.

Skipper was so kind, communicated quickly, and the place was perfect. It’s so close to the beach, a cute space with everything you need, and clean and cozy. It’s pet friendly which is a necessity for us. Unfortunately our dog was barking a lot one morning and the neighbors called Skipper to complain. Skipper was still so kind about it in the message and was understanding of our situation which otherwise would have made us anxious. Kindness goes such a long way. Highly recommend!!!

Great home for the weekend, close to the beach and had all the amenities to cook and more! Beautiful outside patio and seating area. Bed extremely comfortable. We had to check in late and hosts were very accommodating and phenomenal!

Shelby and Donna are great hosts. They both went above and beyond and we are so thankful for all of their help to make our vacation happen!

very much enjoyed our stay! was close enough to walk to the beach if we wanted to. Took a nice bike ride with the provided bikes! Felt at home with my pups first beach trip! would definitely plan a trip back!

We enjoyed the location of this Airbnb. It was still a little cool but I can definitely see when it’s beach/ocean time how perfect it would be to walk or golf cart to the beach. The outdoor shower would be perfect for washing off sand.

My family of 5 had an absolutely wonderful stay! The views are better than the pictures!! We arrived at night, I would recommend arriving during day to get the initial feel of the breathtaking views of the ocean that instantly makes you feel relaxed and at home. When we woke up (just a few hrs after getting in) the sunrise from the balcony was truly magical. The condo itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed minus food of course 🤭—from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy bedding. Every detail was clearly considered with comfort in mind. We also loved having access to both indoor and outdoor pools, which gave the whole family something to enjoy no matter the weather. The location couldn’t be better—steps from the beach and close to local dining and attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I look forward to visiting again as a family and or just a romantic getaway. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful condo.

The place was perfect for our family including kids! We loved hearing waves come in while falling asleep. The place was spotless, tasteful decor and the kitchen had everything you needed and more. Will definitely stay again!

Great relaxing retreat!! The oceanfront porch was priceless. We spent so much time out there. The owners were so responsive and flexible. We had two 18 year olds who had fun playing basketball, hanging out on the beach and touring around. We hope to go back soon.

. Our stay was wonderful, comfortable, relaxing and fun. We appreciated the fire pit and made s’mores.. enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool…The surrounding area was filled with a full day of fun things for my granddaughter to do. We would love to come back to you little Haven.. Dianne and Mark were so helpful and nice in giving all necessary instructions. Your cozy place was a 10 out of 10. Thank you Rosie

What a wonderful location! Rita was a great host and very responsive. Honestly the condo was fantastic. The kitchen was spotless, the living room was roomy and comfy, the bathrooms were super clean and the bedrooms were both very comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach in 2 minutes and the beach location was great. The kids loved the indoor pool as well. We only live about 10 minutes away and we will be returning for sure!

Lisa’s Casita was our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. We love Wilmington and having the perfect place to stay made it even more memorable. Lisa is a wonderful host and she thinks of everything you could possibly need. We loved making s’mores at the fire and sitting outside with our breakfast (that was so thoughtfully left for us so we wouldn’t have to rush out). The location was perfect for going out to explore the town and Riverwalk after feeling incredibly well rested in the cozy home. We can’t wait to return!

A beautiful place, very relaxing and very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. There’s even a closet full of games and books. One thing that could be made clearer is where to find the swimming pool. We never did make it over there. It’s not obvious from where our condo was situated.
