Very good vacation house on Carolina Beach. The owner and the property manager were very professional. I highly recommend for a family vacation.

We had an amazing stay! The home was new, clean and beautiful! There was plenty of room, especially with the decks! It met our needs perfectly! We loved all of the activities in the fun yard! It was the best one in the area! We also enjoyed how close we were to the beach! Drew responded quickly to my questions before our stay, which I really appreciated. He was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again, if we vacation in Oak Island in the future.

Great house in a great location. The back yard and pool were lovely! Nice private fenced yard great for dogs and kids. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the attention to detail throughout the home was great! We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our time at Gennaro's. It is an older home, but very comfortable and ina very quiet area. We had a few things happen, but Gennaro got right back with me immediately. Plenty of room for the family.

Worth every cent! Jim was always available to converse via text, but we had everything we needed that he stated would be there. Hope to stay there again.

This is our second visit in this beautiful house. Everything you need for small kids and the island is one of our favorite places! Great hosts! Great house! We will be back.

My stay was absolutely amazing! The host was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming she made sure everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. You can tell she really cares about her guests and puts a lot of love into her hosting. I felt comfortable and safe the entire time. We had a wonderful stay at the Hamlet House. The home is beautiful and the pool is fabulous! You cannot beat this location for a wonderful weekend in Carolina Beach. Our family enjoyed the front porch swing and walking to restaurants and ice cream. The home also has great air conditioning when you need to cool off inside. Joel and Tara were great hosts!

We had the best time!! We were able to bring our boat and park it at the boat dock. I will say if you have a bigger boat I don’t know if you will be able to park there all weekend, but not a far drive at all to a boat ramp. The place was very clean and had all the things you will need! There is even dog toys and a bed! Betsy was super helpful and nice. We will definitely come and stay many more times.

Came here with some friends for my 30th! We could easily fit 2 sedans and 3 small SUV’s in the driveway. We brought our own chairs and wagon but there were plenty available! Once you cross the street you are at public entrance #3. There were lots of places within a short driving distance to explore!

This is one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed in! Just a few blocks from the beach and her home is immaculate…Comfortable beds, super clean and all of the amenities one could want.. Definitely recommend!

This Airbnb at Carolina Beach, NC, was an absolute 10/10 experience. The rental was perfectly located right on the beach, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to the sand and surf. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making the entire stay smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better beach retreat! One of the best AirBnb experiences I have ever had. :)

Amazing place hands down. Immaculate and the decor is to die for! Loved it, and will return! The host allowed us to do a late check out and was very flexible!

The house was exactly as pictured. Lovely and bright. We loved the huge kitchen island and upgraded appliances. The bathrooms were all amazing and upgraded also. The hosts communicated very well. The only tidbit I would want guests to know is if you or your kids are light sensitive sleepers you’ll need to bring a sleep mask and/or those window suction blackout drapes. Overall we loved the house and amenities and would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay, the place looked just like the pictures. Upon arrival we had difficulty with our access code but they got back to us and provided another code that worked.

Beautiful property, short walk to the beach in a quiet area! The house was very nice, with a LOT of spaces to relax. Every space in the house is updated and well designed.

If you’d like a hassle free enjoyable vacation with extremely nice hosts BOOK IT! :) We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway. Visiting Britt’s was the cherry on top and it was a pleasant surprise learning about the beginning of it all. We really found a GEM. Highly recommend it.

This was a fantastic house for a weekend. It’s beautiful inside and out, the pool is fun and has the best hot tub view I’ve ever had. The house is a super short walk to the beach and restaurants/bars in Carolina Beach. Ramith was very responsive and made sure to ask half way through our stay how everything was going and if we needed anything. I will for sure look to stay here again.

Love love love! Everything about this home and location was absolutely perfect for my lil family vacation. The pictures in listing do not do this home justice. The deck is newly refinished and we enjoyed hanging outside. Sunrise view, beautiful. The grands thoroughly enjoyed having the beach right outside the backdoor, literally. I was hoping to find a home to make a yearly family trip and we have definitely found it! Jennifer is a A++ host. She stayed in touch and was so informative and accommodating. Can’t wait to return!

This place restored my faith in Airbnbs. For the longest, I had given up on Airbnbs and went back to hotel stays because the descriptions and experiences just didn't seem to align with the quality of the homes. This place changed that. The decor is beautiful; clean, fresh, and up to date, because nothing deters me more from beach homes than the outdated seashell and anchor interior designs that come with them. The location is absolutely perfect! We were able to park our car for the stay and walk everywhere we needed to go. The beach is the perfect distance and the privacy of this place is unmatched. If I could book this place once a year, I would. Perfect vacations start with the living quarters and this place definitely made us feel at home. Even our kids kept complimenting the home and our dog was so relaxed here. Great job to the hosts!

The beds are so comfy, like sleeping on a cloud!! They basically have EVERYTHING you would need for a beach trip. Can't beat that. The place was very clean from top to bottom! My family and I truly enjoyed our time there and wish we could have stayed longer. The beach, restaurants, boardwalk a very close. The aquarium is maybe 10min away. The hosts were responsive and very kind. It was raining a bit but we found a lot of other family friendly activities. Big bonus for having bikes and board games available!!! We will definitely look for an opening later this summer I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a clean, convenient and well priced stay near the beach!!
