Condo vacation rentals in Pleasure Island

This is a great location for walking to the boardwalk, and we were happy to have an elevator since our group included my elderly mother and little kids. Beds were super comfortable. Carnival and fireworks at night were great. Warning to toddler parents: our two year old was able to fit his head and most of his body between the rails on the balcony (and he refused to stop doing it), so we had to make the balcony off limits. The bunk room is on the street side of the building and you can hear the music coming from the bar next door late into the night, although our kids slept fine with a white noise machine. The queen bedroom has no windows and was quiet.

We had a great stay, everything was explain and written down so we did not have to reach out for questions. Great hosts and a wonderful stay.

Outstanding weekend getaway for 4 adults plus an infant. Beautiful just sitting on the lanai watching the waves roll in, walking the adjacent boardwalk to the beach or walking to restaurants just a couple blocks away. We’ll be back!

My family and I had a great time here! The location was perfect. We walked everywhere while there. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Jan was very friendly and responsive when we had a question and during booking. Great peaceful spot and we would love to stay again!

Great little place in the perfect location to walk everywhere. You can sit on your own balcony and watch the fireworks if you want to have a more chill night in but still enjoy! Best Babymoon and we will definitely rebook with Garrett again!

We had a great vacation and highly recommend this condo! The rental was beautiful, very homey, updated and clean. The location can’t be beat. It was convenient getting to both the pool and the beach. It was only a couple of steps if you forgot something and had to run back. Even though the pool was shared, it was rarely crowded. The condo was well stocked, beyond your typical “enough to get started”. There were cleaning supplies, including dishwasher pods, trash bags, and laundry detergent. The kitchen was well stocked, had great appliances and all the basic cooking supplies like salt & pepper, cooking oil, coffee pods and coffee filters. The two decks were amazing. The view from the second story deck was incredible. I wish they had a table on one of the decks so we could eat meals outside while looking at the ocean, but we made do with the rocking chairs. The beds were a little stiff for our liking, but that’s personal preference. Otherwise it was amazing and we’ll be back!

We were here for my birthday! The owners were incredible! Very kind and gave us great options for restaurants and also a firework display. The condo was perfect. Amazing views. The kitchen had everything you need and everything worked well. The master bedroom had a great master bath with all amenities. But let me tell you about the master bedroom bed. The most comfortable bed ever!! If you have a rain day and have to stay indoors this is the place to stay. Don't forget to play some song on the guitar. When we come back we will definitely plan our trip to stay here. I cannot thank the owners enough for there hospitality!!

Matthew's place was awesome! Very close to the beach and near the main hub of Carolina Beach where you can get food and drinks!

Great location! It was right on the beach so you’re not dealing with a ton of traffic, but also in a safe neighborhood. It was clean, cute, and easy. I thought it was worth the price!! I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s a 6 minute drive to the main fun in Carolina Beach and just a little over 20 to where we explored in Wilmington. I’m from the area and rented for my family and I to stay in while they visited, so it’s definitely worth it location/price wise!

Kimberly is a super-duper host. Her apartment was over-the-top clean, spacious, and well stocked with all kinds of kitchen wares and all the usual items you need on day one so you don’t have to dash to the grocery. And the location is the best, I think, in Carolina Beach. The building is new, modern, and quiet. You can easily walk to nearby restaurants, the Boardwalk, and all through the old neighborhoods. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Mira-Mar's vacation rental! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local shops, which made everything super convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape!

This was the prefect place for a quick weekend getaway! Host was very easy to communicate with and had a lovely home to stay in! Close access to several public beach access along with the pool! Definitely will be going back in the future again!

Great location and nice porch. We loved being able to walk to the beach! Just 3 blocks away! Park the car and just hit the sand. We also enjoyed the town’s free fireworks on Thursday. This home gave us a nice space to relax for a great price. Note: that the bunkbeds are connected to one of the bedrooms and there is only the 1 bathroom. All worked for our small family and we had a nice vacation! Book this one! You will enjoy a peaceful stay at a fantastic beach!

It was a last minute booking for our little family! The place was so cute and the view was stunning! Alana was very responsive when I had a question! It was the perfect place on the beach, the kids loved the toys and the pool was a bonus! The sunrise on the balcony was stunning!

Beautiful condo with the boardwalk in walking distance and ocean front. Loved the rooftop lounge chairs, private and quiet. Pool was clean and relaxing. Will definitely be booking again!

Great stay at Gregory's condo. Enjoyed both balconies, which had comfortable furniture and front balcony has 2 views of the ocean! Two beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided, which was nice since we flew. Pier with tiki bar, food and ice cream is a block away- really nice views too! Pool was an added bonus!

This place is in the PERFECT location, You are literally right on the boardwalk in walking distance to so many places. Also the summer fireworks are SO CLOSE you have a perfect view of them from the patio or even the pool if you wanted! Alexis was very helpful with any questions that we had. We will definitely try to rent this place again in the future. We had no issues of any kind. This condo is literally perfect for 2-3 people the beach access from the condo was not too crowded and the waves were so calm. If youre debating on staying here. Just DO it. Its a great place! ❤️

The 3 of us had a wonderful stay this weekend. It was a short stay but a great location for food, beach and drinks. Amanda was a great host.

Erin’s place was beautiful! She was very attentive to an issue we had and found a fix right away! Definitely recommend for someone wanting to stay very close to the beach, only a very short walk. Prime location as well!

It is clear a lot of love and attention goes into maintaining this property. Everything was updated, clean, and organized. Things were clearly labeled to help us during our stay (light switches, cabinets, drawers, etc.). The location was perfect. It was quick and easy to get to the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk for restaurants, drinks, and shopping. The view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!
