Perfect quiet spot near lots of businesses in Pleasant Hill. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for 3 months while working in the area. Definitely felt like home, not just a place to “stay”. Any concerns/questions were responded to quickly. This was my first extended stay and I’m so happy it was here. I felt safe and secure, the grocery store with Amazon locker are down the street, easy access to the highway, and a dedicated parking spot. The private patio with locked gate is wonderful and adds an extra sense of security. I would stay here again if I’m in the area and will certainly recommend it to friends and coworkers.

The studio’s location is perfect for a weekday getaway or longer stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and Mary’s patio reminded me of an English garden. The studio is well appointed, comfortable and Mary has thought of all the little details for a stress free stay. The kitchen has silverware, cooking tools, fridge and induction hot plate. The studio has its own washer/dryer, walk in closet, printer and reliable internet. Check-in was easy. Mary is a lovely, considerate host and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends.

We were in town for a memorial and Andrew was kind, respectful and supportive of our needs while also being helpful with suggestions about eating in the area, places to walk and dog-friendly parks. The cottage was well appointed and felt like a cozy retreat. The grounds were beautiful with blooming flowers and a calm atmosphere
