I loved Al’s river house. It was a comfy , friendly space. Great for hanging and visiting with friends. The slough is rich with color . The light is wonderful and ever changing. Really not far from delta restaurants and activities. Great bird watching and otters too! The delta is so cool!

This space is an appartment, not a house. There are other tenants in the building. It was perfect for what we needed. There is a great view of the bay. The parking is difficult if you have a vehicle, but i imagine this is the case wherever you are in the city. The hosts are lovely and incredibly helpful. The location of the apartment seemed safe and we didn't have any issues.

Such a beautiful home on gorgeous land in a special neighborhood. Bill is a wonderful host. Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed in the upstairs unit which was bright & comfortably furnished. There is a cute outdoor space behind the house which is shared by guests in both units.

We really enjoyed our stay and the surrounding area. We will definitely book again the next time we visit :)

Mel’s place was wonderful! Mel communicated with us prior to our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and provided recommendations for local restaurants. She made sure to put the lights on for us because we were coming in late in the evening. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. Would highly recommend Mel’s place!

Naomi's place was great! They were very responsive and the space was beautiful and fit all 6 of us nicely.

Michele’s place was absolutely amazing. I stayed with my young daughter and pup and it was the perfect space for us. It was exactly as pictured - every room was spotless and smelled fresh! The backyard was so cute. My dog enjoyed running around for a bit while I worked under the sun for a few days. (We were coming from gray NYC so this was particularly fantastic.) The house is about a 5 minute walk to the BART station - really convenient for exploring different areas. I must also say though that it wasn’t just the house itself that was great, the host was too! Before I even decided to book, Michele was helpful, answering any question I had immediately with kindness and patience. Our flight arrived fairly late but Michele was super accommodating. Throughout the stay, she checked in to make sure things were going well and that we were enjoying our stay. Even after we returned to NY, she asked how the flight was! I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb. I definitely will again.

Our stay at Lori and Mike’s place was absolutely fantastic, and Lori truly made it unforgettable. While Mike was away on a trip, Lori went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—and more. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a comfortable, personalized experience. She checked in with us just enough to make sure we were all set and shared amazing local tips that really made our trip extra special. Our family had the most incredible weekend at Gina's beautiful home! First of all, a HEATED POOL makes all the difference, huge plus! We loved spending time in the backyard with so many beautiful outdoor areas to hangout with family, including your own private dock with a kayak! We were a little bummed the outdoor firepit wasn't working because we loved being outside so much but maybe next time. We hope to come back soon! We loved the big wooden table and big cozy couch for all 8 of us to enjoy time eating meals and playing games together! It was super convenient to have the grocery store just 6 minutes down the road as well. She was also extremely accommodating which made the stay even better!

Had an excellent stay with our family. Will is one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever had and would stay again at this home or any other home he hosts without hesitation. The cactus home is luxurious and has amazing amenities like heated bathroom floors, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen.

The Hidden Gem is what it truly is…..a hidden gem! So beautifully decorated and furnished and so private. You are surrounded by lush greenery and complete quiet except for the birds and the rooster. What you saw on line in pictures is exactly what you got. We all enjoyed every minute. Thank you again for helping to make our niece’s graduation event so memorable. Nancy was great in her responsiveness. Would highly recommend.

David was a great host! He provided clear instructions for check in and accessing items around the house. The house itself was very nice and accessible. However, we were asked to start a load of laundry ourselves for the dirty towels despite being charged a cleaning fee. Other than that, I would recommend David’s home!

Our stay worked great for the 3 days of golfing. We were able to use the hot tub in the evening and the place had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and clean when we arrived. The house had lots of space to kick out and relax. It is defiantly a feel at home place and things are well kept. Nicole was always quick to respond to any question we had. Great host!

The hotel is very clean and looks exactly like the picture and the beddings are very comfortable. The surroundings are very safe.

Here's the revised 50-word review: This dog-friendly studio was perfect! Super clean, with a Scandinavian design and all the comforts of home for us and our pup. The amenities were excellent, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We loved having our furry friend welcome in such a stylish and cozy space and Louie dog loved it. Highly recommend!

I stayed in this studio for 5 nights and overall had a great experience. The place was super clean, had everything I needed, and was peaceful and quiet. The location was also very convenient easy access to bars, restaurants, and Target. It was definitely a great place to stay. I don’t give 5 stars easily, but this place definitely deserves it. Thank you!

We had work done at my home and needed a place to stay to make it comfortable for my 88 year old mother-in-law and my wife, plus two small dogs. The house was comfortable indeed and allowed a sense of normalcy for my family. The house is on the border with Pleasant Hill so do not get surprised thinking it is close to downtown. But still, there are good restaurants around especially the Mexican restaurant by Sprouts. If it had been closer to downtown, it would not be as peaceful as what we experienced, so for us was just perfect. One nice thing is the redwood trees that you can see from the side. Beautiful and enhanced the experience greatly.

Although my partner and I initially stayed here for practical reasons, we had such a delightful time we agreed we would enjoy returning here just to revisit the beautiful surroundings and the kindness of the host. Although the space, as advertised, is ideal for individuals, it was also really quite comfortable for a couple used to traveling and with a focus on study, meditation or career. From the stunning sunrises set to a chorus of beautiful birdsong to the hospitality of the host, our stay here was a great experience and we hope to return one day, just to have the opportunity to sit in this lovely and serene garden overlooking the beautiful valley and the hills beyond.

Nice clean spot with everything you need to have a great trip. Great location and easy access to a 7-11 convenience store. Only thing they need are better pillows on the bed! The bed itself is super comfortable tho.

A private, peaceful apartment that was very homey. And priced very reasonably compared to others in the same vicinity within Walnut Creek . We’re attached to the hosts’ home but they are always helpful but never intrusive. And very friendly and accommodating. We greatly appreciate the ease and flexibility as it was a temporary place for my mother who was relocating from out of state. It was a pleasant place and great location to all conveniences for her to ease into her transition.

100% recommendable to other guests. Safe and peaceful neighborhood, and lots of convenient places in walkable distance. Definitely will stay again if I need to.

As a Martinez local who needed to stay here during home renovations, this place was everything I wanted. It's well located in the town and tucked into a lovely private cul-de-sac. The home is spacious and thoughtfully furnished. Rachel is incredibly helpful without every being intrusive. I also love knowing I'm renting from a local, rather than a property management group. The house itself is squeaky clean and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. The yard is relaxing and perfect for my dogs. Truly the ONLY complaint I could possibly think of is that the downstairs shower only seems to get regular boiling hot, not utterly scalding the way I love. If you're thinking about it, this is the place to stay.
