Monthly Rentals in Playita del Condado

Mari was a great host. She made sure I checked in and out with ease. She was very responsive and helpful. She has a great place. I would recommend everyone to stay here. It was spotless and steps from the beach. I’d stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Rico.

Absolutely beautiful stay. I will remember the views from the balcony forever. You could literally sit out there all day. I loved the location, not too far from anything but not necessarily in a very busy tourist spot which is nice to get away from all the craziness after exploring all day. Plenty of coffee shops & cheap food places in a walking distance. every place sells alcohol lol. Playita de Condado is within a 10 min walk & so is another little more private beach if you walk farther down. Ubers had easy access to pick up & drop off. Wandy’s place was stocked with everything we needed from towels to toilet paper. The washer and dryer came in handy. The only downside which is not the hosts fault was that after checking in at the security desk, anytime you leave and come back you have to tell them your room # & they have to press a button to open the door for you. Sometimes there was nobody there & had to wait for someone to open door from inside.But Would definitely stay here again

Listing matched the photos. Comfortable sofa, beds, bedding and pillows. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. We did have an issue with the hot water however it was quickly resolved. Recommend

Our stay at Arlene’s condo was perfect. The area is great if you’re looking for the calm waters of Playita del Condado and is also walkable (~15 min) to Condado beach, short Uber ride from Old San Juan, and the airport. Overall, the place felt clean, check in and check out were smooth, and Arlene was super accommodating to our early/late check out requests. Hot water took a few minutes but we were made aware and it wasn’t a problem. The only frustration we had was with the AC like other reviews had mentioned–it blows directly at the bed but we used the chair and a pillow to redirect the air as best as we could. The apartment also included 2 beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and even sunscreen! This was a LIFESAVER. Thank you, Arlene!!
