Beachfront vacation rentals in Playa Tortugas

We stayed here Easter weekend for family vacation with our 3 college age kids. The home is beautiful and comfortable. View is amazing. Location was perfect for exploring. Octavio was very responsive and shared recommendations,

Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.

Home is very comfortable and very easy to get around. Andres was very communicative and helpful with anything asked. Definitely would stay again!

El departamento está precioso y muy cómodo, las amenidades del complejo están muy completas, lo único que observamos es que a las áreas de la alberca de la playa les hace falta mantenimiento ya que tiene muchos azulejos sueltos y duela en reparacion. Fuera de eso sin duda es una gran opción y esperamos volver muy pronto.

Super Energie , toller Aufenthalt Die Beschreibung zur Anfahrt war super und wir wurden vorm Haus in Empfang genommen. Uns wurde alles genau erklärt und gezeigt. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich, sauber, hell, sehr einladend. wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer, aber auch der Flair der Rückseite des Hauses, also Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern hat mir sehr gefallen. Es stand 1 Kanister Wasser bereit und auf Anfrage kam direkt ein Zweiter. Wir wurden vom Eigentümer direkt zum Supermarkt in Cancun gefahren um einen großen Einkauf zu machen. Lebensmittel in Cancun sind sehr teuer meiner Meinung nach. Die Zimmer sind super aufgeteilt mit den 2 Bädern und der Einrichtung, super. Nachts war es laut am Strand: Menschen, Musik und Motorradshows. Ist nur fair dies zu erwähnen für Menschen die einen leichten Schlaf haben. Nach 2 Gläsern mexikanischem Wein habe ich gut geschlafen, aber meine Mutter hat jede Nacht alles gehört. Strand direkt Tür sowie Restaurants, Markt

Todo bien. Algunos detalles mínimos de limpieza como las cortinas. Por todo lo demás, muy bien. La playa está a pasos. Los restaurantes de enfrente muy ricos. Queda el oxxo caminando.

What a great place! Right on the beach! My wife and I wanted to stay somewhere away from the hotel zone, and Frankie’s place was perfect! He helped us with directions to the hotel and showed us around when we got there. The room is just as described. You can lie in bed and watch the sunrise over the beautiful Caribbean right outside your door! Frankie recommended a place called Flamingos, about a mile away, for dinner and it was amazing. We had local caught fish cooked to order and excellent cocktails at our table on the beach. Thank you Frankie for making our short stay one we will always remember!

It was a great find! Just take the buses to where you need and you will be fine. The airport was close too! Amazing views!

Mercedes was an amazing host who was always happy and willing to help and made sure we had an impeccable stay at what already was a perfect location. Great AirBnB hosted by an great host. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

The pictures do not do justice! It's a beautiful location, and the place is so peaceful. We probably had 3 Street vendors only. Comfy beds are a plus. There are vending machines and ice bags for sale. Just go to the OXXO and get some drinks. There is a cooler in the condo, and you can head to the beach. There is security 24 hours a day, and it's super close to restaurants and convenience stores. It's walking distance to Captain Hook, the Xcaret ferry, and the scenic tower.

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

We so enjoyed staying at this property on the south end of the island away from the hustle and bustle (although it is easy to get around via taxi or golf cart). The view was stunning, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed! We enjoy snorkeling and appreciated the short easy walk to the beach club-and appreciated the snorkeling gear! I will recommend this property to friends and family and will definitely stay here again!

El lugar es un sueño, está ubicado en la mejor zona de Cancún, donde se pueden ver los colores más bonitos del mar!! La casa está súper niceeee, las vistas son espectaculares, ves todo el tiempo el mar Caribe, además las habitaciones muy cómodas para descansar, los baños súper elegantes y todo sumamente amplio. La zona de la alberca también está genial para nadar, lo recomiendo ampliamente !!!

Super Lage direkt am Strand. Balkon mit Meerblick. Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte fußläufig. Schöne, komfortable Wohnung. Küchenausstattung ein wenig spartanisch. Größere Kochpläne sollte man eher nicht haben. Es empfiehlt sich einen Mietwagen zu haben um Einkaufszentren und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen, ist aber nicht zwingend notwendig, sofern man mit Strand und Meer zufrieden ist. Leider keine Jalousien oder Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten nachts, was uns zum Frühaufsteher machte. Sicherheit und Sauberkeit der Anlage hervorragend. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

O anfitrião foi muito solícito, e respondia rapidamente as mensagens. O studio é muito bem localizado, próximo da Playa Tortugas (somente atravessar a rua), e na principal avenida que te leva ao centro em poucos minutos de carro e a outras praias. O prédio ainda possui um centro comercial com um “mercado” da rede OXXO (24h) e uma farmácia ao lado, o que facilitou muito as compras. Apesar de o apartamento não ter cozinha, o microondas, o frigobar, a cafeteira e as louças disponíveis foram suficientes para nossa estadia e necessidades. O quarto tinha uma vista linda para a lagoa, e estava extremamente limpo e organizado. Ainda, contém um varal dentro do banheiro, o que facilitou na lavagem dos bikinis. Recomendamos muito o local!

Amazing host

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

Amazing place with all the amenities will defintely will be coming back or even thinking of buying a place in the same building…. That’s the experience it give us A bit down is that is far from the city centre and amenities as important as closest grocery shopping is at least 20 min by car but if you can rent a car or plan ahead and do the shopping is amazing location for a really disconnect trip
