Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was an amazing place for the price! Augustin is very helpful and quick to respond. We loved having his help in booking some excursions. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here! We booked last minute and everything was ready and even was available for early check-in that day if needed. The location is very nice along the north part of the Hotel zone with easy access to restaurants along the strip or in the city. The grounds are beautiful, not too big and so the pool was very close, and the beach was just past it! The beach was as others describe- very calm, shallow for a long ways and perfect for little ones or relaxing in the water! There are designated swimming areas marked off. This is a two bedroom hotel room and, like others have mentioned, the entrance opens into the first room. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms and there are doors separating each space. There is a door separating these rooms to the unit next door, which you can hear very easily through. Everything was clean, no bugs, and water pressure was good. The shower is a rain shower head, which may be why some have noted lower water pressure.

Ideal location for excursions. Safe area. Quiet sleep. Apartment very spacious. Car rental company near the IBIS Hotel. There is also a small German bakery downstairs (ideal for breakfast). Friendly communication with the host. Security staff at the entrance very accommodating. Will come again any time. Note: Uber is not allowed to pick up at the airport. The recommended pick-up service works well, but it is comparatively expensive. The return is going well with Uber.

The place is great for a large family, in my case with elderly people and my three-year-old son. This is because the beach is across the street, as is the ferry to Isla Mujeres. There is a taqueria next door, a pharmacy, Oxxo, and public transport is just a few steps away. The condominium has a large pool and is very quiet. I recommend it 100% for those traveling with up to 7 people. Thank you Hector for everything! The stay was perfect!

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful place to stay. I loved sitting on the hammock on the patio and enjoying the view of the beach. The private pools were an amazing addition to the property! If you’re considering going here, you won’t regret it!

Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. As solo female traveler I felt very safe in the neighbourhood. Would recommend having a car rental.

before we even checked in Victor got a hold of me and sent me the check-in instructions and asked me if there was anything I needed to let him know. I asked him many many questions about restaurants and things to do and it was absolutely delightful to get the recommendations from a local. we are definitely coming back to Cancun and we are definitely staying with Victor

This was my second time staying at Nancy’s place. I love that it’s clean and modern, Steps to pool/beach and groceries, and safe with security. Nancy is the best host - she arranged pickup and drop off to the airport for me. This is a hidden gem for anyone looking to enjoy Cancun - I’ll definitely be back a third time!

The stay was excellent. Everything was clean, well equipped and as shown in the pictures. The hosts were quick and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Eric is a great host, he met me for check in and gave a tour. Also bid farewell at checkout. The place is as described with fast WiFi allowing for remote work, with a desk in the main bedroom. The AC works well in the bedroom and the water pressure is great. Not much traffic on street so pretty quiet, and Ubers are affordable.

The apartment is amazing, super spacious and comfortable! Both the dining room and bedroom have ocean views! It is a few minutes' walk from the island (shopping mall).

We had a wonderful stay at Cusho’s home in Cancun! The location was perfect—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of the hotel zone, yet still central and convenient to everything we needed. Cusho’s team, especially Elsi and Carlos, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cusho and Louise were incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had throughout our trip. We were traveling with a toddler, and they were so accommodating—helping us coordinate baby gear rental before our arrival, which made a huge difference. It truly felt like they thought of everything. We would absolutely love to return to Cancun and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This was one of the best—if not the best—Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

Everything is fine. Some minor cleaning details, such as the curtains. For everything else, very good. The beach is steps away. The restaurants across the street are very good. The Oxxo is within walking distance.

Paulina’s place was excellent. Absolutely recommend. It’s had everything we needed and more. Went down for a dental tourism (5th time) and this is easily the best place we stayed. It was super quiet, perfect location, security and customer service was outstanding. 5 out of 5 recommend!!
