The accommodation is at the Aquamarina Beach Hotel. This is a private apartment and at the same time you can use the pools and the beach of the hotel. Opposite the hotel are Oxxo groceries and a pharmacy. Public transport stop is right next to the Hotel. The accommodation is on the 3rd floor, elevator is available. The apartment is partially equipped, the beds are more softer - it depends on what you like. This was a good choice for the price.

This place is charming. It has amazing views, including Nichupte Lagoon. You can sit on the balcony in the morning watching sunrise, listening to the cacophony of birds singing from the neighboring tree garden, or you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. The studio has a modern design, a well-working AC, and a dim light for pre-bedtime. It's located between two major Cancun areas: the Hotel Zone and Downtown. Despite intimidatingly long instructions, it was actually very easy to find the residence and check in. I saw some people complain about the bed. It is not too soft, but I loved it—I can't stand soft beds wherever I go. Liliana was responsive and friendly, giving me some recommendations. I appreciated the plenty of welcoming cold water in the fridge upon arrival—it was a savior. So thank you, I definitely recommend this place.

I had an excellent experience at Eli's place. Location is awesome. There is plenty of space to park and you're at a short drive from either Cancun and the Hotel Zone. I felt very safe in the neighborhood at all times, even when coming back late. The room has A/C and a ceiling fan, which is essential if you are not used to warm weather. The room has also a mini-fridge which I found quite convenient. There is plenty of space to leave stuff. Everything was sparkling clean. The place is very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom is downstairs. Eli was a great host, communication was excellent. I 100% recommend staying here.
