A mi familia y a mí nos encantó la estancia, una zona muy tranquila y privada! Las fotos coinciden con los espacios, todo muy limpio y ordenado, la alberca fue nuestra parte favorita, sin duda alguna regresaríamos!!

This home was perfect for our family. We have three boys, 13/11/9, and the proximity to the beach and pool created endless activities. The view from the back porch is priceless, the small community is very friendly, and all of Sayulita is easily walkable from the house. Best yet, there is a really tasty restaurant just across the street and a local stand that has everything you need. I recommend this location for any family with small kids.

Great place to stay. Very accessible to local grocery stores, great central location and reasonable pricing. Overall highly recommended.

El lugar, es muy comodo y tranquilo, ideal para relajarse, la playa cercana es bonita. Melanie y Alex son muy atentos, nos resolvieron dudas y nos hicieron sentir como en casa, ideal para pasar la tarde relajado, viaje con un Niño y disfrutamos al maximo la piscina. Por la mañana puedes desayunar en la cafeteria cercana y disfrutar de un buen café.

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

This was an amazing rental property and location. It was all that we had hoped for and more, from the spectacular view, the spacious and full kitchen, the deck and infinity pool to the comfortable bed. Sleeping with the windows open and the ocean breezes and crashing of the waves was sublime! The attendant - Estela - was also very responsive (and sweet) before and during our stay if there were questions about transportation from the airport, or anything to do with the rental or restaurant recommendations. A couple pro tips: bring strong mosquito repellent for those nights that are temperate enough to sleep with the windows open. Also earplugs in case the ocean waves crashing keeps you awake. There can also be construction nearby in the morning hours but it didn't seem like anything got loud until after 9am. Overall A+. Sayulita was one of our very best vacations and this rental helped make it so. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Regis' place. We selected it because it was pet-friendly, the yard and the pool. It was in a great location, central and walkable to restaurants and the marina. The backyard is large and is your own oasis. Lots of long-term stays in the area, and people are friendly and full of recommendations. Air conditioning in the rooms work well.

Such a beautiful home in a quiet location. Sleeping to the sound of crashing waves was amazing! The hike directly from the house to monkey mountain was a highlight of our week.

This was a beautiful villa. The owners were such beautiful people. We called it our little oasis, inPuerto Vallarta all the people that were in the area were extremely friendly. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Airbnb and we were not disappointed. From the breathtaking views to the incredibly comfortable beds, everything was perfect. The property was impeccably clean, and its proximity to hidden gem restaurants made dining out a delightful experience. Polo and Alex were exceptional hosts, addressing any issues we had promptly, regardless of the time. Javier's recommendations of a private chef was a highlight of our trip - the culinary experience was phenomenal. While we regret not being able to visit the Chef's Restaurant, Casa 449, it is on our list for when we return and we will be back. The private rooftop pool was unbeatable and provided the serene escape we all needed.

Oscar’s place at Punta Pelicanos is beautiful. It’s in a wonderful location and has plenty of room for a large group. We took our kids and grandkids and everyone had space to be comfortable as well as spread out. We’ve been to Punta Pelicanos 3 times…not all three in Oscars place, but his was our nicest stay by far! Love the area, walkability, pool and beach access and weather, of course! ☀️

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was perfect — about a 10-minute walk from town (or 20 minutes with four kids under 4). Being right on the beach made for stunning sunsets, and the kids had a blast playing in the sand. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the view. The ocean was too rough for swimming except for 2/7 days, but the pool was a lifesaver — a great spot to cool off and hang out. The yard was also large and perfect for the kids to run around and burn off energy. One small downside was that we had to arrange cleaning from a third party. Not a huge deal, but with four adults and four little ones, a refresh every few days was needed to keep things tidy. The house is a bit dated, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beachfront getaway that’s close to town but still peaceful and private.

Aseem is unbelievably responsive. We had a few small issues that needed addressed (normal when you have a house) and he responded almost immediately. Place is spotless. Pool is great. Easy to host given proximity to Costco. Only thing I would say is if you want a true walkable location to all the typical downtown stuff, you are a little distance away. Highly recommend.
