Excellent place, fully matches the listing description and has a nice beach

Great place to rent in the winter, well ventilated and plenty of fans to go around. Spacious kitchen, living room area, bathroom and master bedroom. Very secure and centrally located to most places with easy access to buses and other transportation. The Montero Fruits and Vegetables Market is a great place to stock up on most things to keep things less expensive. The meat shop a block away is great too and has great chicharrón and carnitas on Thursday and Sundays. The host is always available, answers promptly and most importantly takes immediate action (great example when the water pump gave out on New Year’s Eve and he handled it within the hour). It can be a bit dusty for those with allergies, but nothing too concerning. I can confidently recommend.

We had a great time on our trip to Sayulita and Ebony’s place was the perfect home base. Everything was clean and the apartment itself is beautiful, especially the patio and pool area. Check-in and out was easy and Ebony was very responsive if we had questions, she even helped book a car for us to the airport. Her recommendations were also great. The only cons I could see about the apartment was the bar downstairs that played live music, but we were prepared for that with earplugs. If you go to bed early it could be a problem but it stopped around midnight each night. It was fun to be in the center of town and close to the beach and shops and restaurants.

Marisol's place was perfect for myself. Throughout the week I stayed I had no issues.

amazing spot right in the center of San Pancho. Orlando was awesome--always around the corner available if anything comes up. shared area and the pool are top notch. This is NOT a complaint but the only note for potential travelers is that it is loud at night, especially on Saturday, till 1030-11 as you are just upstairs from bars, restaurants and live music. we've been to San Pancho before and know the scene, plus our kids are old enough where this wasn't an issue but light sleepers should consider that you might be sharing your night with a loud trumpet or two till it quiets down. We'd stay here 11 out of next 10 trips to San Pancho.

We had a wonderful stay in Sayulita at Atalia's place. The descriptions of the flat were right on, great location and so easy to walk to the beach and many places to eat. The bed was perfectly comfortable and we are a bit picky about beds. The air conditioner worked wonderfully although the perfect weather in March didn't deem it necessary. We spent two days relaxing at the pool on the roof where there is an incredible view of the city and the beach. It was lovely to just read in the shade and sun away from the hustle of the city. I would stay here again as everything was just right. We are planning on coming back again next year.

Sarah and Tamara are fantastic hosts. They made sure we were happy and we felt at home for our entire stay. Tamara instructed my first surf experience and she was great! Friendly and passionate. You can rent boards from the house at a better price than you can get on the beach too. We were worried that we would be hot without AC, but there are multiple powerful fans that keep the place ventilated and cool. It’s a seaside town so all of the roads are steep and hilly. It’s not a downside because you can actually access the town quicker if you go by the back way, which also has nice cafes and shops on the way to the beach. We didn’t feel the need to rent a vehicle because the airbnb is in a great location. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great stay with friends in this apartment I recommend it!

The house is adorable, kitchen small but stocked well. There is someone who cleans the house which is very nice and well stocked with linens blankets paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. location is so perfect. Laura helped us with anything we ever needed and was extremely quick to communicate and help.

This house is amazing and so beautifully designed. The pictures really don't do it justice. We were very active out and about most days but it was really easy to have a "home" day. The patios and balconies are inviting and peaceful. Such a great place to relax and recharge. Everything is easy to get to, but I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around especially at night. Highly recommend.

This house is unbelievably comfortable and gorgeously decorated. Jaime has set up this home to meet all of your needs, to the point where we only left for grocery/supply runs. The private pool is worth the house alone, but having the ability have the giant doors open makes the home airy and so cozy. Jaime was also quick to respond for anything we needed, and even helped my fiance, who requested a bouquet of roses to be waiting for me as a birthday surprise. Jaime met us at the house to welcome us and answer any questions we had, and came by to wish us well upon our departure. We will absolutely be back! Loved every single minute of staying at this home!

I thought it was a super comfortable house, everything was great, furniture, cleanliness, I love every detail, it seems that they maintain it and that's great. I would come back again, even my friends would consider staying with their families there. Angela was very attentive and available, 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. We had 7 people and it was very spacious. Every room had a bathroom upstairs. With two other bathrooms downstairs. The living room area and kitchen are very large and open with great space to gather in. This was the same for the outside area. Host was very great at communicating and accommodating at check in and late check out. One recommendation would be to supply more toilet paper, dishwasher pods, small seasonings (for cooking), dish towels and sharper knives for cooking. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

We stayed at Patsy's place for a month in March/April 2025 and we had a great stay! We loved the quiet Northside location and used the heated pool and hot tub every day - it was a nice touch to have it heated! The house manager heped us with any little issue we had and was quick to help. Having the reverse osmosis system for drinking water was fantastic! One thing I would recommend would be an update to pots/pans, but that's pretty much standard with any airbnb!

My parents and I stayed here for family reasons. We had a great time. It is a plus downstairs is a big supermarket to buy all you need to cook, and a lot of shops, even rotisserie chicken. Plenty of parking very easy to get in and out. It is one floor and no elevator but stairs are easy. Quiet place. It has AC and ceiling fan. The extra sofa is small ideal for children. Bed and sofa very comfortable. Great detail they have beach towels. Very easy to move around in the city. Bring toilet paper and all for cooking. Don’t leave food outside the ants will show up immediately. We had such a great experience!! I would come back ! Thank you for the hospitality

Excellent place and service !

Our stay was the best, we loved the place, it was just like the photos, comfortable beds, which for us is also important to rest, I loved that it was close to the Plaza Caracol and Plaza la Isla and from there you can go to the beach on foot or by car since there is an area to park, and the accommodation has an umbrella and beach chairs, cooler. The pool is super clean. It is a quiet place. They have many rules regarding the pool area, but the truth is they are not flexible. Simply put, highly recommended

The best thing about the place is the view, the sunsets look amazing, everything is super equipped, very conveniently located, the response was always very fast, we would definitely come back.

Great location! Close to the beach and a bunch of really good restaurants nearby. Only a short walk to a few breakfast spots and an awesome sushi restaurant. Beautiful pool and grounds and very safe with 24/7 security. The apartment was clean and comfortable, great wifi and parking included. And Roberto was very responsive and available if you need anything.

Fully enjoyed our week at this property. Host was very responsive and helpful. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the humpbacks play in the ocean!!! Will be back for sure -- may have to make this an annual trip!
