Family-friendly vacation rentals in Playa Sayulita

The apartment is very comfortable, the view is amazing and the private pool is very good for children or to sit and talk. The palapa restaurant is not bad, and they can bring your food to the room. I didn't like the beach, it has too many stones, you can't get in. But the facilities are very comfortable and all feel very private. There is an elevator to go out to climb up the floors that is slow but it works. Until the last day we were broken down. Luckily Alejandro sent us some security guards to help us with the bags because the climb is incredibly heavy. Alejandro was always very attentive and was quick to answer any questions or issues. The apartment is one upstairs from the beach then there are very few stairs to the beach or restaurant. Cleaning wasn't great, but it was fine. Yes, we would stay again.

Second time visiting this great town. Feels protected from the many tourists visiting the area. Amazing, peaceful stay. Spacious condo with everything we needed. Great to have our own little area for chairs/table right next to the pool. Tree just outside crawling with wildlife every morning: iguanas, herons, egrets. Teresa's Tacos, El Sueño de Mita, Norma's Tacos, Pescaderia Punta de Mita, all within walking distance. The constant noise of the waves throughout our time. Next time probably won't bother with a rental car -- we were happy to just stick within a walk of condo.

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

We enjoyed our stay at Regis' place. We selected it because it was pet-friendly, the yard and the pool. It was in a great location, central and walkable to restaurants and the marina. The backyard is large and is your own oasis. Lots of long-term stays in the area, and people are friendly and full of recommendations. Air conditioning in the rooms work well.

Very nice apartment, very large, spacious, clean. Right by the sea, as stated in the description. The tower's amenities are very clean and nice.

Perfect place for a couple. Located close to the beautiful beaches of Punta de Mita. A luxury condo and for the price it's totally worth it.

Beautiful location! The photos in the description do not do it justice! Had very easy access to beach! Mar’s home was comfortable, and we slept very well listening to the sound of the ocean! Mar provided great recommendations for restaurants and a guide for whale watching! We needed the ability to cook for our toddler, and we were able to do that with no issues. Our favorite part was drinking coffee while taking in the views. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend Mars home.

The house is adorable, kitchen small but stocked well. There is someone who cleans the house which is very nice and well stocked with linens blankets paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. location is so perfect. Laura helped us with anything we ever needed and was extremely quick to communicate and help.

We had a lovely stay at Nancy and Brian’s house in Sayulita, the house is beautiful and had all the amenities we could ever wish for, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. She gave great recommendations for places to eat in town. The pool was just lovely and we used it daily. Nancy was very responsive with our messages and gave a great recommendation for a hair stylist while we were in town. We would definitely stay here again at the same house and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a house to stay at in Sayulita.

Stayed here with 2 other families and the space was perfect for us all. Lots of room for everyone and great open shared space to hang out as a group. Our other friends also stayed in a different unit in the complex, so it was really convenient for our group. The ocean views were amazing, and the pool was great! The kids really enjoyed it every day. Ezekiel was a very responsive host and helped us with golf cart rentals and was on top of replying to every message. Would recommend staying here.

The place is super dark but if you need a good rest it’s comfortable. We were outside a majority of the time anyway. Close to beach and all amenities

Absolutely a perfect location with perfect view of the ocean. Host was great to respond! The grounds are immaculate and the most beautiful foliage with wonderful location to town and beach.

As a super host and the owner of multiple Airbnbs, I must say that this was an incredible home. The casita sprawls across two levels, each bedroom being private and comfortable with ensuite washrooms. There are multiple common seating areas, one for dinning, one for games and cards and another for evening drinks and watching the views. The pool is pleasantly heated and the yard is beautifully designed with lots of plants and decor. This is a perfect spot for 3 couples who want to have privacy but also be in the same home. I will certainly visit again!

This was a great place. I rented the top suite which was the bigger unit and I was very happy with it! It was really big and beautiful. The kitchen had all the things I needed, the water pressure was amazing, and the bathroom was huge with lots of counter space. It took no time to walk to town, and there was a parking spot for my car. I had to work while I was there, and the wifi was great with no connection issues at all. I will definitely rent here again!

Wonderful location to explore Corral del Risco and Punta Mita. Very relaxing complex with 30+ meter swimming pool and a large splash pad for young children. A 2-minute walk to several excellent restaurants. Secure complex, but also easy to get in and out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kalle's! The location was perfect: very close to the beach and main square but far enough from the late night noise. The check in process was easy and smooth. Communication was also great. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Sayulita and could not recommend it any more!

We had an awesome time at Casa de Don Ramon! Dora, Esperanza and Dani were all great communicators and very welcoming and helpful with our questions about town etc. The house suited all our needs for us and my sister's family of four. The pool area and bar is a great place to relax. While the house is in the livelier side of town, everything is very walkable and easy to get to. The golf cart was a benefit and reasonable priced to what we saw in town. Thank you again for Team CDR, and we hope to see you again soon!

Our family had a great vacation here. Everything was very clean and organized. The host provided ample information to help us explore the area. The pool felt fantastic during the summer heat. The location of this house is very close to the beach and a short walk to anywhere you want to go in the area. We highly recommend staying here.

Liz was very attentive and responsive from Day 1. The home was great, cozy, we loved the AC and fan in each room, good night sleep each night ok 👌 kitchen was fully equipped with items to us to cook. Liz was very respectful and helpful with everything.

The host is always attentive from before you arrive until the last moment you vacate the house. The people who welcome us are very friendly and helpful.
