Vacation rentals with a patio in Playa Sayulita

Dr. Cuauhtémoc, thank you for allowing my family to spend pleasant moments in their home, an undoubtedly wonderful and super recommended place. Excellent host, kind, attentive and respectful. The place is just as it is shown in the publication, close to the event at which we attended. I would definitely come back!!!

This unit is even better than advertised. It was super clean and well organized with everything you could want. The highlight is definitely the rooftop infinity pool. We spent many hours enjoying the view while relaxing in the heated pool.

We had a lovely stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s Airbnb! The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The apartment’s staff were all so kind and helpful and the common areas were very taken care of! It is also conveniently located by stores and restaurants, and there is always a sporting event taking place at the baseball/track field. The neighborhood was fairly quiet in the evening as well. Thank you so much!

It was a truly pleasant stay and our Amfotriona Rebeca is an excellent person. I would return with all the taste of the world.

An excellent place, very nice, private, it is ideal for resting, the other apartments were reserved by very quiet people. Having access to the restaurant of the place while you meet Bucerias helps you a lot! The apartment is super equipped, very comfortable and has everything you need to think about living there for an extended time. It is very close to the beach and close to supermarkets. They give you the best tips and recommendations of the place. Beach umbrellas, towels and chairs lend you to make your stay as easy as possible! We stay with our pet and an infant. Thank you Tom and Felipe for being great hosts !

This home is absolutely stunning—from the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by a lush garden, a beautiful pool, and thoughtfully curated decor. The upstairs outdoor patio is also very lovely. The house is spacious, bright, airy, and simply beautiful. The town is a hidden gem, perfect for families, with a great beach, charming coffee shops and restaurants, and incredibly friendly locals. Kathy and her team were very responsive, attentive, and overall wonderful hosts. 5/5 stars!

Brady and Alicia’s place was so lovely, in a very authentic neighbourhood, away from the bustle of the city centre. I loved hanging out on the terrace in the morning to read and have breakfast. The place is very clean and comfortable. I slept so well there. There were lovely little touches in the casita, like plenty of coffee and basic condiments and lots of water from a beautiful dispenser. Their local recommendations were spot on. They were always quickly available for any questions or requests. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This unit isa great place for a short or long long-term stay. it has all the needs required as well as Netflix and HBO. it's street level location, a clean unit, easy walks to the beach, melacon ,supermarkets, Saturday markek (best fresh fruit in PV), an athletic field with large soccer fields to walk or jog in. Carolina is a super host, she responds to any issues within minutes! it is not super luxury, but easily fits all your needs and the price is right. I stayed over 2 months and I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. We had 7 people and it was very spacious. Every room had a bathroom upstairs. With two other bathrooms downstairs. The living room area and kitchen are very large and open with great space to gather in. This was the same for the outside area. Host was very great at communicating and accommodating at check in and late check out. One recommendation would be to supply more toilet paper, dishwasher pods, small seasonings (for cooking), dish towels and sharper knives for cooking. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! Thank you!

Everything was great. Will visit Vallarta again and would definitely book again.

I only hesitate to write this review because I'm afraid that too many positive reviews would make this place impossible for me to stay at in the future. The house is truly gorgeous. It is nicer than the pictures. We really didn't want to leave. The house has such a cool design and is really well laid out. There isn't a much better feeling than barbecuing on the rooftop in the morning, hopping into the backyard pool after eating, heading to the beach club in the afternoon, and hanging out in the comfy living room after a nice dinner. It is about a 4 minute walk to the beach club (downhill there and uphill back). The pools there are beautiful and the staff is friendly. It is quiet, so don't expect a party atmosphere. Juanita was exceptional, responding quickly and was very friendly. The pool was cleaned at least once during our stay. Checkout was simple and flexible. I can't say enough about how much I loved this place. My whole family says they wish they were still there.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at this Los Tules unit. This penthouse spot is spacious and on the 3rd floor right next to the crashing waves of the bay. It is so very peaceful. The very large balcony is both covered and uncovered and offers privacy and a feel of romance. The balcony is perfect for resting and watching the sunset. Alis gave us some great restaurant recommendations. One of the spots is located across the street about a block away. It is called Food Park PVR. It offers many different food options at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend Alis and her Airbnb property. She was very responsive and helpful when we had any questions. She has an amazing spot in Los Tules/Puerto Vallarta. Thank you again, Alis, for sharing your very romantic, lovely, and peaceful getaway spot with us. 🤩

This bnb was amazing, the condo itself was beautiful and well kept. The pools were amazing and views breathtaking. You’re in walking distance of amazing restaurants or a short uber ride away from zona romántica. Communication was very quick and helpful Overall 10/10 I would stay again.

The location of the property geographically and also the unit location within property were excellent. One thing that we noticed about the complex was that there are MANY units where you couldn't see the sunset from the balcony due to the building orientation. This unit had excellent views of the ocean, sunsets, pools, whales every day. It is a true SUITE which was excellent for my wife and me. It will sleep four with the pullout couch but it would be extremely tight quarters for 2 couples. A family with 2 kids would be good. It was an excellent place and we would defintely stay here again if it was available when we were going to PV.

Excellent place , the practically new facilities,the pools clean , air conditioned , the jakuzis super comfortable temperature and with hydromassage , the swim lane on the second floor with beautiful view we loved it ,the apartment very spacious and very well used the spaces. We had a washing machine , dryer, soap to wash clothes and dishes , good shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms , the location of the place we liked to go to walk to the seawall !.In general, we spent a few days very comfortable ! We highly recommend it .

Lots of positives: Beautiful view - loved drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning and watching the whales and dolphins. Bring your binoculars! The king bed is pretty firm and very comfortable. The service by the pool was fantastic. We loved Miguel! He was always there to bring us our next drink. Tipped $1 each round:) If we wanted a chair either on/facing the beach, needed to go out and reserve by 7am at the latest. There are beach vendors, but they are not aggressive. We actually enjoyed them and bought some things. The all-inclusive: Food was okay. Things we liked: a mocha and banana bread in the morning. Mimosas, fresh fruit, mexican eggs and especially the made-to-order omelets at the buffet. There's no food allowed poolside. Taxi was $5 or $6 USD to go to the Malecon/downtown PVR or romantic zone. Tons of places to get dinner there or some even within walking distance of the resort. Minor issue at check-in and laundry left in room - both issues ended up resolved easily.

Despite the time difference due to where Brian lives, he was always attentive to any questions, very kind. The place is very nice, the condominium has very clear rules that must be taken into account. The small beach has many stones. In general, in Bucerias these days, there are many stones, which was not the case a few years ago, to consider. The sundecks are very comfortable, as is the pool. Although the restaurant has limited hours, it is very good and the staff are very, very friendly. Our overall stay was very pleasant.

Location is fantastic with a close 2 blk walk to an amazing stretch of beach, also so many great restaurants, art walks, boutiques, markets, big mexican market all within walking distances Building is very clean, well kept and we felt completely safe here at all times. Carlos at security was great. Our apartment had everything that we needed from glass wine glasses to fluffy towels and other amenities. The views from the rooftop pool are amazing and this was a wonderful place to hang out to tan or float in pool. Our balcony had a table, chairs and small couch and offered ocean view and a lovely garden top view. Only drawback is the noise due to proximity to main highway - so traffic buzz/white noise; and construction of new apartments on each side of this building which means lots of construction noise. Even with this being mentioned I would still highly recommend this space with Emma. It is accurately described and we had a wonderful and memorable vacation in Bucerias.
