Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Playa Punta Uva

We had someone who took care of the cleaning and if we had any questions, Federico responded very quickly. I would stay in this house again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Good place to spend the night! Surrounded by nature and comfortable

A really nice house surrounded by nature. The pool helps a lot, especially in a climate that changes so much and where it can rain a lot. There is a supermarket and a convenience store very close by. The place is super comfortable and has an outdoor space suitable for spending the afternoon and enjoying the nature that surrounds the house. We traveled with my grandfather who is in a wheelchair and it was super easy for him to move around the house and use all the spaces, including the shower.

A very large house with a very nice pool to be with friends, the air conditioning works great and the beds are quite comfortable. It's a place with difficult access, so I recommend that whoever is going to stay here have an all-terrain vehicle. The place is far from the main road so there is a lot of jungle around, incredible for disconnecting from the noise, but if you are afraid of insects, be careful, because many do appear, but this is normal due to the location within the jungle. Pablo responded at all times and communication was always accurate.

Had a great week at Alice and Eric's place. Eric messaged me on whats app when I arrived in Costa Rica and made communication and check in easy. They live on the property. I thought this would be a house, but we stayed in 2 rooms with a bathroom and outdoor patio and kitchen. It was very quiet and peaceful. The pool is absolutely beautiful and refreshing. Everything was very clean and we felt very safe.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very affordable and Brenda was quick to answer any inquiries. The house is in a really great location.

Rosemarie went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She was most hospitable. As far as hosts go, she was a 10/10. I hope to return to her lodgings in the future, and I would recommend her lodgings to anyone wanting a comfortable studio apartment space, which is local to amenities.

If you want to be close to the beach and restaurants in Punta Uva this place is a gem. It’s private and gated so you have a parking spot at all times. On the weekends it’s a local favorite for beach going and can get crowded so having a place to park is prime! There is live music on the weekends so you capture the carribean vibe. Kitchen is well stocked with basics for cooking. Internet is very stable and they are lovely hosts:) I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a Punta Uva stay!

A really nice place, close to the main street but away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of nature around and a very private and safe neighborhood. I went by car, the street is unpaved but it is totally passable. Jessy is super friendly and helpful, and makes you feel right at home. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable.

I stayed at Manu’s jungle loft for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. The space is comfortable and rustic, with wonderful views and a very comfortable bed. The beaches nearby are some of the best in the world, and it’s very easy to walk to nearby restaurants or grab a TukTuk any time. Manu and Lucas were kind and gracious hosts. I hope to stay again!

Nice place, we were satisfied and could come back without hesitation. Javier is very nice and friendly.

Very enjoyable month vacationing at Anana with the beach,restaurants being in walking distance.The host Zinni was very responsive to our questions and needs.Would recommend to anyone vacationing in the Puerto Viejo area.However,one exception, request the upper apartment.

This place was wonderful, rustic, secluded, in the midst of nature and next to a beautiful, peaceful beach, Playa Negra! There is a restaurant with delicious food only a few steps down the beach, gorgeous setting; a grocery store just a bit further, also the police station and bus stop. We walked or rode bicycles to and from town nearly every day. You can take the main road along the beach or walk on the beach. Either way is so lovely! We rode the bus to places like Manzanillo and Cahuita. One day, we rented an ATV and went to some nearby waterfalls. Absolutely incredible!!!! The house is fun and relaxing. Anything you may want or need, just ask. They're really nice. Lynch and Pamela are fast to respond and very informative. This was our first trip to Costa Rica, and Lynch made it easy and enjoyable. He also does tours. We took a sloth and kayak tour, which we loved! We can hardly wait to return!

Super recommended! Ingrid is very friendly, the location of the house is unbeatable, the parking lot is private (parked right in front of the house)... Excellent price-quality ratio!

Wonderful peaceful vacation, it was like your own private oasis! Need vehicle to stay here.

It was a very unique experience. There’s no cell service or wifi so you will need to leave the property to communicate with hosts or in general. We did love staying there and it was a very nice quiet getaway with lots of nature to connect to. There is a waterfall nearby but we found out through locals that the specific waterfall talked about it in the Airbnb is not safe without a tour guide due to robbings and assaults. I would suggest looking at the Google reviews. There are other waterfalls further out that are probably better to visit. We did do the chocolate tour nearby with the Bri Bri and it was a lot of fun. An outdoor shower would have been amazing to have at this property due to how beautiful the property is. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts and Grethel were very kind and responsive.

With Dalma and her husband, 5 stars are actually not enough. The two welcomed us warmly and everything was well prepared (including a homemade welcome drink in the fridge). The cottage is lovingly decorated and is right on the border of the Cahuita National Park. A little dream with wonderful hosts. We give 10 out of 5 stars!

Karine deserves her reputation as a "super host", for her warm welcome, for all the special touches for us (coffee, tea, chocolate, fruit, fresh juice, daily snacks on arrival) and for her respect for the environment (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, compost). The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, the bathroom is beautiful with a very efficient shower and hot water as a bonus. There are two bedrooms and the beds are comfortable. The sea is a few steps away and the beach was almost deserted even during this period of Holy Week which is a week off for Costa Ricans. Unfortunately, we had rain during our stay and as the cabin is open to nature, it was damp. But, we would definitely recommend this place!
