La ubicación es perfecta: por la bonita calle 38, a 3 minutos de la playa y una cuadra de la quinta avenida. El departamento es mejor que en las fotos, es cómodo y espacioso.

Excelente y nuevo departamento. Todo es tal cual aparece en las fotos 👍. Muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona, muy atenta y siempre al pendiente. Mayakoba es un maravilloso desarrollo, estratégicamente ubicado y el lugar cumple con todas las expectativas. Súper recomendado 💯

The place was perfect for our needs! Really appreciated the advance and on-site communication and assistance. Loved the rooftop pool, close proximity to the beach, restaurants and 5th Avenue!

El alojamiento es muy bonito y bien distribuido, Solo considerar que la dirección que aparece del alojamiento una vez realices la reserva, es diferente a la dirección real lo cual puede llevar a confusiones, por todo lo demás, todo estuvo súper bien Regresaría siempre

Notre séjour c’est super bien passé, les hôtes nous ont très bien accueilli, sympa ,souriant , toujours à disposition 👌, je recommande fortement.

If you hate resorts then this is the place for you. Everywhere you go you'll get a "Hola" when you make eye contact with the locals. People are friendly and go about their day to day business as you do. The streets and area are safe. I personally have walked many kilometers going here and there without a care in the world. Everything you could possible need is close by, from supermarkets to little corner stores to fine dining and clubs, all without a car. Book this place once, guaranteed you'll be back. Ask me how I know?

Olha o melhor lugar em Playa Del Carmem !!! Depois de quase 20 dias por lá tive essa certeza. É incrível o apartamento , a recepção da Fanny e demais , e dentro de um condomínio com uma praia perfeita ! Tem tudo como uma casa normal e seguro e tranquilo tem muita natureza, também está perto do centrinho . Quando eu voltar quero ficar lá novamente !

La anfitriona es muy amable y está siempre predispuesta a ayudar. El alojamiento está a unas 7 cuadras aproximadamente de la quinta avenida y tiene todo lo necesario para tener una buena estadía en la ciudad

Vero nos daba toda información en tiempo y forma y addy siempre estaba pendiente de mi familia por Si necesitaba alguna situación. Áreas y habitaciones con todo lo indispensable; un Oxxo súper cerca por cualquier situación que se llegara a presentar. Y un lugar que se nota muy seguro.

Antonio‘s house was absolutely wonderful and everything we hoped for. The outdoor living space is phenomenal and where we spent all of our time when at the house. The kitchen was well equipped, and if there was anything that we needed, we were provided it after asking. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom, a bonus when traveling with other people. If Antonio offers for you to visit his glamping facility and take the jungle tour, take him up on it! It was one of our favorite parts of the trip. A couple things we were unaware of the pleasantly surprised by: - The house comes along with a housekeeper that stays a minimum of two hours per day. She is incredibly sweet and will assist with anything you may need, whether it be dishes, laundry, cooking etc. - The house itself is in a gated community. Shame on us for not researching the area so we were quite surprised, but also ended up having a really fabulous time with so much going on around us. There were tons of restaurants, a beautiful beach, great areas to walk around, and lots of close towns to visit. We did not rent a car so so we ended up renting a golf cart to get around Puerto Aventuras. This worked out fabulous and just provided an extra element of fun for the trip. All of the locals seem to be taking Covid extremely serious. That was a bonus for us and much appreciated when visiting different areas. Thank you Antonio and Ayda!

El alojamiento es excelente, superó mis expectativas, muy amplio y confortable. Puerto Aventura es un lugar increíble para descansar y disfrutar del mar caribe. Danely de las mejores anfitrionas que me han tocado, siempre pendiente y amable, dando atención a todas nuestras solicitudes, inclusive aquellas que no estaban relacionadas con el hospedaje. Mi familia y yo la pasamos de maravilla y nos hospedaríamos ahí de nuevo sin dudarlo.

Luis a été un hôte fabuleux! Nous avons trouvé cet endroit dernière minute, ayant annulé une réservation d’un air bnb qui ne nous convenait pas. Luis a immédiatement répondu à notre proposition, et donné toutes les informations requises pour faire l’enregistrement, et ce même en heure tardive. Nous avons été ravies par l’appartement et la propeté de celui-ci. Son charme avec la petite cours extérieur a rendu le séjour doux et confortable. C’était déjà ma deuxième fois au Miranda, et je n’ai que du positif à dire ce cet endroit. On s’y sent à la maison. Le confort des lieux et son emplacement est plus que parfait. Nous y retournons avec hâte. Merci à Luis pour sa communication impeccable et très attentionnée!! Je recommande sans hésiter!

Lagunas at Mayakoba is an amazing experience- great area with exceptional infrastructure for walking and biking. All kinds of services available, but easily able to experience a stay just like home. Fee and her family are amazing hosts - the best we have encountered over many years of renting through Airbnb. I highly recommend staying.

La ubicación es muy buena y tranquila, a pasos de la playa y muy cerca de la 5 ta avenida. La alberca principal estaba un poco fría, pero hay 2 jacuzzis grandes y uno de ellos con al agua tibia excelente para los niños. Alrededor hay muchos restaurantes muy buenos, un oxxo a unos pasos y 2 supermercados muy cerca. De seguro volvería.

Eines der besten Unterkünfte die ich je hatte, alles war perfekt. Die Lage, die Wohnung und der Pool. Es war ruhig aber zentral gelegen. Supermärkte sind in der direkten Umgebung sowie die 5th Avenue und die Strände von Playa. Im Großen und Ganzen sehr empfehlenswert. Ich würde es immer wieder buchen! Danke Maritza.

El apartamento está ubicado cerca de la calle peatonal principal, cuenta con 3 supermercados cerca, posee estacionamiento, y 7 eleven (druckstore) a la entrada principal y varios comercios cerca donde se puede cambiar divisas extranjeras, los elementos de cocina son super completos, nevera grande, aire acondicionado en cada habitación, tiene un patio privado, dos baños completos, lavadora, internet de buena señal. Es cerca de la playa (400 metros) y tiene elementos para llevar al mar (silla & sombrilla). Este apartamento es muy amplio para 2 parejas o una familia de varios integrantes.

Had a lovely stay visiting family. It is an a great location, in walking distance to a nice grocery store and many restaurants. I enjoyed using the gym space and the pool. Would come again.

El departamento estuvo muy limpio y cómodo durante nuestra estadía. Fuimos con un bebé y tuvimos todo lo necesario para sus necesidades. Valeria fue un encanto! Nos mantuvo al tanto de todo y nos dio información muy valiosa ya sea para el acceso a Playa como tips. Una genia! recomiendo fielmente este depto. y a la anfitriona.
