We had a comfortable stay at Ethel's place. Although it was a bit challenging to locate initially, once we found it, navigating to and from the property became effortless. The location offers convenient access to fantastic stores and restaurants, making our overall experience enjoyable.

We a group of 5 had a great stay at Regina’s place it was clean and fully equipped! We are there as digital nomads doing some research of the area for a posible business, the wifi was good, we loved been closed to the shops and restaurants that the locals enjoy we felt very welcomed!! We will be back! Thank you Fanny and Regina for making this a amazing stay

Great place perfect stay

Had an amazing stay at Oscar’s place. The description of the place and the building were accurate and photos were all correct. Great location close to the Walmart and a few minute walk to 5th ave. Rooftop actually had 2 pools which was great, not too busy. Would highly recommend for a trip to playa or long term stay.

An absolutely STUNNING place. We truly felt like we were in the middle of the jungle (surrounded by birds and wildlife) and yet somehow we were also steps away from the beach and several incredible restaurants. We took the ADO bus from the airport to the playa del carmen bus station, so we never had to rent a car or even take a taxi throughout our entire stay. We're already thinking of coming back in the future!

Luis is a fantastic host! He’s extremely helpful, thoughtful and responsive. We were well taken care of in his home, and greatly enjoyed our stay in the Corasol community. The pool was a wonderful amenity, as was the golf course only minutes away. Parking was easy to access, pillows were comfortable and the balcony was a treat. Than you, Luis, for everything you did to make our week very enjoyable!

Everything in order is what is offered , there are some details that can be improved but the attention of the host was always attentive to support us. Excellent location, super quiet and pleasant neighborhood.

I really enjoyed the hospitality of Jay and his staff. Jay responded quickly to any of my questions or concerns. Very informational when it came to the knowledge of the area and restaurants to go to places to go.. Jay is very transparent and does good business. This place is setup in the perfect part of the city, The walk to the 5th street is within a couple blocks. Restaurants are everywhere within blocks, This place is a jewel. I would definitely come back. The actual facility is very comfortable if you do not wanna go to the beach? You can spend all day at the rooftop pool. If you’re the type that wants to cook, There is a grocery store one block away. Also if you want to travel to other parts of the country, The bus station is also a block away. Wonderful time thanks Jay.

The apartment has more things than they announce, the truth is my spectators, my daughters and my wife were super satisfied, I appreciate the price and the place so beautiful. Congratulations Ray !!

The space is everything that you would want and need for a long term stay. I stayed for a little over a month and felt like I had a home away from home. The space is very clean and spacious and the amenities are great! The staff members are so kind and attentive and the premises are always super clean. Lastly, the pool is fabulous!

Friendly reception, helped me even negotiate with Mexican service I had requested for my car, great room.

This was a perfect spot for our small family. We were traveling with two kids (one infant) so we needed 2 bedrooms so we could set up a crib. The two bedrooms were both nice and both had their own bathrooms. The kitchen and living space were also very nice with a nice balcony to hang out on. The roof top pool and hot tub were also a fun place to hang out. Washer and dryer in apt was nice to have as well. The only issue we had was one of the toilets was having issues funcitoning, but the building maintenance came to fix it as soon as possible. There was also a couple nights where a tenant on the first floor had left their dog out in the common area and it was barking loudly into the night, so that was an issue. It would also be nice if the kitchen had some more basic amenities like salt, pepper and cooking oil for use. The neighborhood is great with restaurants, markets and the beach all close and walkable. We would definitely stay here again. Good value! Thank you Maureen!

The accommodation met all our expectations and looks as shown in the photos. It is a very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a tourist trip. The girls are super attentive and respond very quickly to messages sent. Melissa who was the person who followed up on our stay was 10 out of 10, always available, answered quickly and quickly fixed small details of little relevance. The apartment is in a quiet area, with many trees that make mornings relaxing with the sounds of birds. It is close to a 7 eleven and a restaurant called The Wolf where they sell options for good quality breakfast. For both you can walk as it is very close. A little more distant, but relatively close is the CC Maya, where there are several locals, among these the Soriana supermarket where you can find everything you can find.

Very nice and comfortable place, I recommend it

Everything is as good as the listing description indicates. Except that the caretaker is not very empathetic, he doesn't have a good relationship with his guests. The other thing is that the caretaker lives and sleeps on the terrace, where the pool is, which leaves a lot to be desired in terms of dealing with the workers. I felt sorry to see him like this, sleeping in a wooden chair, only covered with a blanket. Everything else is fine

Had a fantastic stay in Playa! In total, I stayed 2.5 months with a 1 week break (that's why you probably don't see my review that I had a long-term stay). I thought it was a perfect location, just a short walk to downtown and the beach. A very complete apartment with kitchen and air conditioning. Especially the own workspace was nice, which I used as a remote worker daily. I felt very safe thanks to the receptionist and the camera security. Only drawbacks: I found the bed very hard, which caused me back pain. And there was moisture damage on the wall because no window could open (at least that was possible but then mosquitoes came in). Anyway, everything else is great.

I felt right at home, Sandrine is very friendly.
