Absolutely perfect spot for a beach getaway in a beautiful home with plenty of space for our party of six. Stunning view of the ocean and just steps away from the water! Great location as well to access the mall for post-beach activities. Would recommend and absolutely stay at Casa Marmol again!

Our stay was very pleasant. Mariela support us with 2 topics that happened to us during the stay, additional check-in time was flexible, something we really appreciate. And it was made more pleasant by very affectionate wild kittens and more if you offer them food.

The stay in the Villa was pleasant, which is very spacious and the rooms are comfortable, the garden is very nice, everything is as shown in the photos and for the price it is an excellent option.

The location is very accessible, the house is almost at the entrance of the residential complex and the route passes in front of it, it is very close to the port I highly recommend it. The house has the necessary amenities

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was perfect for our large group, offering plenty of space and comfort. One of the highlights was definitely having 4 bathrooms, which made getting ready so much easier for everyone. The location was ideal — just a 10-minute drive from 5ta Avenida, making it easy to enjoy the attractions while still being in a peaceful, gated community with a guard for added security. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area with a group!

It was just what I needed. The place gave me a lot of security because it has protections on the windows and the door, apart from the cameras and the friendly guards who are very attentive to their work. The perfect apartment. We stayed 10 days, two people and we were able to cook and do everything we needed to do. I work from home, which requires several video calls from early morning to night, and I had no problems with connectivity. I was worried about visiting on such a hot date, but the apartment was a real haven. Air conditioning, fan, refrigerator: everything in order. And I was surprised that I didn't hear a single mosquito. I don't know whether to attribute it to the area or to the work of the local fauna. The best part was Alicia's willingness and service. He was always available for any kind of support and we even felt like we were staying with family. When I return, I hope to be lucky enough to have this apartment available.

What a wonderful stay we had. The apartment is beautiful and we loved the rooftop private patio it was great for our morning coffee. The place had everything you could need, kitchen was well stocked and we had big jugs of bottled water too use during our stay. The rooftop pool was amazing, lots of seating in the sun and couches too sit in the shade and the water was fantastic too cool off in. There also a hottub we used at night too. The area was amazing. Just a couple minutes too 5th and there was restaurants all over and 7-11 on the corner and a grocery store just down the street. Very safe very lively neighborhood. Our host always messages us back right away when we needed too ask a question so that was great. Overall we had an amazing time here we felt right at home instantly and would book here again for sure on our next trip.

The apartment is beautifully laid out, and feels like a home away from home. Lovely open planned kitchen well equipped, plenty of seating space in the living room, two well-sized balconies, two full bathrooms and double bedrooms. The location is about 10-15 minute walk from 5th and 10th avenue / ADO turistica and is across the street from the Chedraui supermarket, super convenient! It’s also around the corner from the collectivo point for buses Tulum. Gisela and Sergio communicated excellently! Super warm, friendly and welcoming! Provided recommendations for restaurants, bars and things to do in Playa and well as recommendations for visits across Quintana Roo and Yucatan! Would 1000% stay again!

This is the second time we stayed in this unit at The Gallery Condos. Perfect size for a couple. Large balcony area off the bedroom and living room area and also large penthouse area with private plunge pool. Such a luxury to have a private pool. The water temperature is on the cooler side but warms up in the afternoon. We love that the location is close to the supermarket, so many amazing restaurants and central to all that Playa has to offer. Super short walk to the beach and to 5th Ave. Mati is a great host and communicates frequently upon making the reservation and again right before your arrival date. Check-in instructions were clear and problem free. The kitchen has everything to prepare basic meals; although we hardly used as there are so many restaurant options, and Playa has amazing food. The lobby reception staff are friendly. Would definitely recommend for the location, private pool and safe environment.

Only the access to the apartment, the code to enter was blocked and I was late outside with my family, half an hour to be able to enter, otherwise everything was fine

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location is great. Very short walk to the beach and 5th Ave. Quiet and peaceful with a view of the trees. Many colorful birds to watch from the balcony. This is a penthouse unit with a rooftop area which was very large. We had a few unexpected and unavoidable maintenance issues but one text to Matt and the maintenance guys were there literally in minutes. The only negative I can think of is the stairs ( no elevator)which were poorly illuminated at night but that is a general building maintenance issue. The price was fair and the welcome snacks and drinks were very appreciated. Sylvia the maid was very nice and did a great job cleaning. I will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Playa.

I like to stay at a different Airbnb every time I am in PDC. I think this place is my dreamiest yet. Everything from the architecture to the finishes screams “serene”. I couldn’t even hear the construction which was right behind the building. The rooftop deck was massive and I wish I’d have time to sunbathe in it. The linens smelled so fresh and the surfaces were all spotless. The concierge team were angels - special thanks to Angelica for lending me money for a tip. Parking was assigned. Things that were not quite perfect: the tv is in the bedroom so that gorgeous sectional was underused. The internet was too slow to work remote and the TV live channels were a pixelated blur despite the sound coming through. I reported both issues and I received an automatic message but no solution. And last - there was no public beach, only a couple of beach clubs and only one was reasonably priced. For a complex this big, they should have left some roads to the beach like Playacar did.

I highly recommend the place, for sure we will return the complex is beautiful and with excellent amenities to enjoy. The apartment is very clean, it matches the photos and is very nice for couples. The host is always attentive and attentive to needs. ✅👍

This place is PERFECT if you want to be in the middle of everything! One block from the beach, steps from the best restaurants, bars, and clubs. Tacos and Marquesitas right across the street (lifesaver for those late-night munchies), and Quinta Alegria mall is just a few steps away, where they even have a Starbucks. This is a great spot if you're looking to enjoy the local nightlife and beach during your stay. It can get noisy at night, so bring your earplugs. The studio was spic and span, and the bed was super comfortable. Check-in was smooth and easy. The host was friendly, very responsive, and helpful throughout. I would return to this place anytime.

Great building and staff. The biggest challenge is options for healthy food options, if you don’t want to cook for yourself.

I stayed at two different Stella Rents properties. Both were at the top of my list.

The stay was absolutely perfect. It feels private while being centrally located. It is spotless and very comfortable and convenient. Fernanda is an impressive host and always proactive and helpful with anything that is needed! I highly recommend this place.
