The place was perfect for our needs! Really appreciated the advance and on-site communication and assistance. Loved the rooftop pool, close proximity to the beach, restaurants and 5th Avenue!

The accommodation is very nice and well laid out, Just consider that the address that appears for the accommodation once you make the reservation is different from the actual address, which can lead to confusion. Otherwise, everything was great I would always come back

If you hate resorts then this is the place for you. Everywhere you go you'll get a "Hola" when you make eye contact with the locals. People are friendly and go about their day to day business as you do. The streets and area are safe. I personally have walked many kilometers going here and there without a care in the world. Everything you could possible need is close by, from supermarkets to little corner stores to fine dining and clubs, all without a car. Book this place once, guaranteed you'll be back. Ask me how I know?

Vero gave us all information in time and form and addy was always attentive to my family because I needed any situation. Areas and rooms with everything you need; an Oxxo super close by for any situation that came to be presented. And a place that feels very safe.

Antonio‘s house was absolutely wonderful and everything we hoped for. The outdoor living space is phenomenal and where we spent all of our time when at the house. The kitchen was well equipped, and if there was anything that we needed, we were provided it after asking. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom, a bonus when traveling with other people. If Antonio offers for you to visit his glamping facility and take the jungle tour, take him up on it! It was one of our favorite parts of the trip. A couple things we were unaware of the pleasantly surprised by: - The house comes along with a housekeeper that stays a minimum of two hours per day. She is incredibly sweet and will assist with anything you may need, whether it be dishes, laundry, cooking etc. - The house itself is in a gated community. Shame on us for not researching the area so we were quite surprised, but also ended up having a really fabulous time with so much going on around us. There were tons of restaurants, a beautiful beach, great areas to walk around, and lots of close towns to visit. We did not rent a car so so we ended up renting a golf cart to get around Puerto Aventuras. This worked out fabulous and just provided an extra element of fun for the trip. All of the locals seem to be taking Covid extremely serious. That was a bonus for us and much appreciated when visiting different areas. Thank you Antonio and Ayda!

Excellent place to stay can’t recommend enough

Lagunas at Mayakoba is an amazing experience- great area with exceptional infrastructure for walking and biking. All kinds of services available, but easily able to experience a stay just like home. Fee and her family are amazing hosts - the best we have encountered over many years of renting through Airbnb. I highly recommend staying.

The location is very good and quiet, steps from the beach and very close to 5th avenue. The main pool was a bit cold, but there are 2 large jacuzzis and one of them with excellent warm water for the kids. There are many very good restaurants around, an oxxo a few steps away and 2 supermarkets nearby. I would definitely come back.

One of the best places I've had, everything was perfect Location, apartment and pool. It was quiet but centrally located. Supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity as well as 5th Avenue and Playa Beaches. Highly recommended overall. I would always book it again! Thank you Maritza.

Excellent choice for a stay.

Had a lovely stay visiting family. It is an a great location, in walking distance to a nice grocery store and many restaurants. I enjoyed using the gym space and the pool. Would come again.
