Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Playa del Carmen

El departamento muy bien equipado, tanto la cocina con electrodomésticos necesarios para la comida así como la sala con Aire acondicionado y el entretenimiento de la TV. Alicia fue muy atenta y amable durante toda la estancia. Estamos muy agradecidos 🙏

Everything was great! They had beach towels for us and of course all the bath towels. Was very clean and I loved that there’s someone 24hrs a day at the front desk. Location was perfect and we loved the roof top pool. We would definitely come back

What a wonderful stay we had. The apartment is beautiful and we loved the rooftop private patio it was great for our morning coffee. The place had everything you could need, kitchen was well stocked and we had big jugs of bottled water too use during our stay. The rooftop pool was amazing, lots of seating in the sun and couches too sit in the shade and the water was fantastic too cool off in. There also a hottub we used at night too. The area was amazing. Just a couple minutes too 5th and there was restaurants all over and 7-11 on the corner and a grocery store just down the street. Very safe very lively neighborhood. Our host always messages us back right away when we needed too ask a question so that was great. Overall we had an amazing time here we felt right at home instantly and would book here again for sure on our next trip.

La estancia de Heidi es excelente, el lugar es muy bonito, cómodo y seguro, se encuentra dentro de un complejo de condominios que te brinda todo eso, muy cerca tiendas de conveniencia y autoservicios. Cuentas con todo lo necesario para tu estancia, estuvimos 5 días y todo muy bien, el internet funciona muy bien, sin problemas de agua o luz. Eso sí, se deben acatar al 100% las reglas del condominio para no tener ningún tema, desde los horarios de uso de las zonas comunes (alberca, lavandería) hasta el uso de pulseras para acceso, ya que la seguridad es estricta en los ingresos. Se encuentra a escasos 5 min en coche de la 5a avenida. Es ideal para dos parejas. Heidi estuvo pendiente y respondió rápidamente a todas las dudas que se tenían, la verdad es que sin duda regresaríamos!

Where do I start? I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Playa. Easily my favourite Airbnb I have stayed in and I will return! The hosts are beyond 10/10 amazing people. I felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout my stay as a solo woman and everything I needed was provided. The rooftop is also a bonus and perfect for a lazy afternoon or some yoga in the morning. The wifi is very fast and consistent - each apartment has a dedicated router for extra privacy and security which is part of my remote work requirements. I had no issues and I was on video calls most of the day. The whole house is literally SPOTLESS. It is clear they care very much about their home and want to ensure that all their guests are happy and enjoy their stay! The location is by far the best in playa imo. Close to the BEST beach and lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops in the quieter (and much more pleasant) area of 5th ave The super chedraui is also very close for groceries. Thank you again !

The apartment is beautifully laid out, and feels like a home away from home. Lovely open planned kitchen well equipped, plenty of seating space in the living room, two well-sized balconies, two full bathrooms and double bedrooms. The location is about 10-15 minute walk from 5th and 10th avenue / ADO turistica and is across the street from the Chedraui supermarket, super convenient! It’s also around the corner from the collectivo point for buses Tulum. Gisela and Sergio communicated excellently! Super warm, friendly and welcoming! Provided recommendations for restaurants, bars and things to do in Playa and well as recommendations for visits across Quintana Roo and Yucatan! Would 1000% stay again!

Excelente relación calidad-precio. La ubicación es FANTÁSTICA. A pasos de la quinta avenida, de la salida del ferry, de las agencias de tours, de lugares de comida, bares, tiendas, las plazas y el centro comercial. Sin duda lo mejor es la ubicación porque es muy práctica. Además el check-in es muy fácil de hacer, el edificio tiene seguridad 24 horas, la pileta en el Rooftop se disfruta mucho por la noche para uno refrescarse. El departamento es tal cual las fotos, el aire acondicionado funciona perfecto y para 2-3 personas es ideal para descansar ya que uno va a Playa del Carmen a hacer tours por el día y descanso por la noche.

La ubicación excelente si quieres ir a pasear por la Peninsula, a un lado de Xcaret y cerca de otros destinos, cómodo y seguro. Gracias por las atenciones

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Mariela nos apoyo con 2 temas que nos paso durante la estancia, adicional la hora de checkin fue flexible, algo que agradecemos mucho. Y la hicieron más agradable unos gatitos silvestres muy cariñosos y más si les ofreces comida.

Segunda vez quedándonos en una de las propiedades de Paola, tuvimos una gran experiencia de nuevo, estaba muy agradable la decoración, la zona era muy tranquila de noche, el acceso a la playa fue el mayor atractivo pero lamentablemente había sargazo cuando fuimos, el guardia siempre fue muy amable. De la casa no tenemos ninguna queja, solo el aire de una recámara no enfriaba mucho pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. Al fin fuimos a la cafetería de Paola y está muy rico el pan, no pierdan oportunidad de ir. Y las recomendaciones de club de playa y restaurantes fueron muy buenas. Rentamos un tour y un automóvil a través de Paola y fue de gran ayuda. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo :)

the house was very clean and in a safe area. it’s best if you have a car; so you can get anywhere quickly. manuel was always immediately available and check-in and key return were easy and uncomplicated.

Absolutely perfect spot for a beach getaway in a beautiful home with plenty of space for our party of six. Stunning view of the ocean and just steps away from the water! Great location as well to access the mall for post-beach activities. Would recommend and absolutely stay at Casa Marmol again!

The building and the appartement are very nice. The inner courtyard with the pool is super. Very safe. Antoinette and her team are right on top of things.

This is the best airbnb I have stayed at (and Ive stayed in many). The hosts are very responsive and helful. The appartment is beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. It is also very well equipped, with everything you need. Better equipped than anywhere else Ive stayed. We especially appreciated the things for children, bathtub, carseat, plastic plates and beach toys etc. We felt so at home there. Easy waterservice was a huge bonus too. The pool area is so beautiful, calm big and with both deep and shallow areas. Never too busy, always loungechairs available. Friendly staff at the premises. You need a car preferebly, but the days before we got our rental, we walked to the beachclub no problem (recommend going there). And we had food delivered to the appartment too. Taxis are tricky. Playa del Carmen is a wonderful place with many amazing cenotes easy to get to by car. If you stay here you wont regret it!

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed as a family of 5 adults. The 4 rooftop pools and pool bar were perfect for avoiding the seaweed beach days. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance! The taco stand just across the street has the best birria tacos! Grocery store just around the corner made it super easy to stock up and carry things home. Joe was very helpful with giving us advice for excursions and how to get to other towns/beaches! Overall great experience :)

Excelente ubicación, variedad de restaurantes en la cuadra. Relativamente cerca de la 5ta Avenida, de hecho fuimos caminando con nuestros hijos de 8 y 6 años. El estudio es pequeño pero contó con todo lo necesario para nuestro grupo familiar. Nohemy atenta a nuestras inquietudes!!

Nice stay and cool place. Well equipped to work remotely. Even had an extra monitor and two desks which was a nice touch. Rooftop pool is nice as well. During my stay the power did go out a handful of times however. But from what I heard this is common in the area. A bit far from the main areas of playa, but a bicycle was provided which was also a bonus!

We had a family vacation and we really liked the house and its facilities. Very clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds, a hammock, a terrace for evening tea. There are many restaurants, shops nearby, just 5 minutes to the main pedestrian street of the city. We will definitely come back again.

The stay was absolutely perfect. It feels private while being centrally located. It is spotless and very comfortable and convenient. Fernanda is an impressive host and always proactive and helpful with anything that is needed! I highly recommend this place.
