The patio house is located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house (where I live). It consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space where you will not miss anything. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of guests.

Parking included! A newly renovated apartment, designed perfectly for a relaxing family vacation. The spacious terrace allows you to enjoy sunbathing right from home, and the closeness to the beach (not farther than 200 metres) lets you spend more time on the cleanest beaches in Lloret-de-Mar (Fenals) during your stay. All appliances in the apartment are brand new and the apartment had just recently undergo a complete renovation.
