Great location. Puerto cancun shopping centre close with great restaurants.

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

This place is really good and deserves 5 stars. The place is very tastefully designed, with the finishes, furniture and small details in keeping with a luxury apartment. The balcony is awesome, with a very good size for up to 4 people to comfortably enjoy the excellent view. The pool is SPECTACULAR! It's 40 meters long and 1.50 meters deep! Ideal for people who like to swim long distances and the water temperature was quite good. Finally, the check-in and check-out process was super easy, and being autonomous, it is very convenient, especially for people who have to arrive or leave in the late hours of the night or early morning since there is always a person at the reception 24/7 ready to welcome you.

We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation in Cancun. The host was incredibly attentive, always attentive to every detail to make sure our stay was perfect. The place is beautiful, very well kept and tastefully decorated. Every detail of the accommodation makes you feel at home. The condominium is a very nice place to stay, with a quiet and safe atmosphere that allowed us to fully enjoy our days in Cancun. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with an exceptional host. It's definitely a place I'd love to go back to in the future. My family and I loved this place so peaceful no one bothering in anyway the rooftop pool amazing the times we were there it was empty, also ale made our stay so easy she help us get a rental car and the rental please were able to dropped off at the apartment. Everyone was friendly and helpful so don’t doubt about this place everything is like the pictures show you, you will love it

Everything is fine. Some minor cleaning details, such as the curtains. For everything else, very good. The beach is steps away. The restaurants across the street are very good. The Oxxo is within walking distance.

An excellent place to stay, in a good location and a quiet area. The apartment is very spacious, clean and with all the amenities to be there. In addition, I would like to highlight Pedro Pablo's good disposition, attention and treatment. Without a doubt, if we return to Cancun, it will be our accommodation again. We had an amazing stay at this property! Paola and Gerardo were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. They recommended a variety of things to do in Mexico and helped us arrange everything—from a private chef and transportation to booking our excursions. The highlight was definitely the private yacht trip to Isla Mujeres—an unforgettable experience with stunning views and delicious food. The service at the house was also outstanding. Paola’s mom was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home was spotless, and we felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour security. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially with the beautiful weather. This was a perfect place to stay with friends and family, and we highly recommend it!

Marcella's/Lidia's studio apartment was perfect for my friend and I on a girls vacation and their communication was on point (they reached out early, very responsive). It was lovely that we got to utilize the amenities of the resort including 3 pools, beach access, daily towels, activities. [Note that you cannot order drinks/food from any bar/restaurant on site - you could pay for the all inclusive day pass but I don't recommend it, so many cool local spots to check out.] We bought our own drinks and could drink them anywhere; there was a portable cooler in the studio. The maid comes 2x/week. If you plan on eating in the room at all, I would recommend buying a sponge/dish soap. Would be nice to have a dish towel to dry utensils as well, but this is obvious a very small thing that did not impact our stay. We would absolutely stay here again; it felt both secluded and easily accessible (there is a mall right across the street with a grocery store and shopping - truly a 3 minute walk)!

If you’re a first time traveller to Cancun with a child and/or with granny like we did, this place is the right choice! It has everything you need to feel at home. The location is great! There’s a giant supermarket and a shopping center alongside with well-known restaurants within a few steps away from the apartment. We enjoyed the stay. There’s host was very friendly. We didn’t need to contact him much, because everything was good and working well!

We had a really good time at Julio’s place which is centrally located above the Plaza Las Americas. There is a big food court in the mall plus Uber Eats can deliver to the location. Most of the activities in and around Cancun had a meetup point at the mall so that was very convenient. Building is super secure with a locked door which has 24/7 security present and you have to tap your card for the elevators to go upto your floor. Amenities included an amazing and clean swimming pool and a gym. Julio was really helpful when we reached out to him for anything and recommended a few places too! I would highly recommend this place!

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment! Araceli was extremely helpful before and during our vacation. And quickly responsive. This is a beautifully decorated apartment and the complex is quiet and well maintained with multiple pools and a beach to enjoy. We ate twice at the poolside bar and the food was great. Cocktails too!There were plenty of loungers poolside or beachside to use. La Amada is away from the bustle of Cancun hotel zone which we enjoyed but it was helpful to have a car for places we wanted to visit. Also there are activity bookings close to La Amada as well. Nearby we visited The Flamingo restaurant twice. The service was friendly and the seafood menu good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

This place is beautiful. Everything’s perfect. The people are friendly. This is a safe space. Plenty of security. The pool is a party spot. Family friendly. I’ll be back soon!!

The accommodation was perfect. Everything was there, from cooking utensils to a TV for watching films or series. The air-conditioning was also very efficient, and the apartment kept cool very well too. The accommodation was close to the hotel zone and the city center. As far as our host Mario is concerned, he's really a fantastic person, taking great care to ensure that his guests have everything they need. Honestly, we couldn't have wished for a better stay. On top of that he's really understanding and wants his guests to have a good stay. Because of all this I highly recommend the accommodation.

Very well located the house in a private and quiet area, as soon as we arrived everything clean and Eli left us the clear instructions for access. I stayed with my parents and they loved the place, they commented that the next time they come they want to stay right here again, there were convenience stores and places within walking distance, the use of the car was not necessary.

Where to begin! The pictures don't do it justice. Amazing Villa/apartment. The guards very helpful and attentive, clean big spacious and the AC worked great! Just loved it
