Above everything else, Angel is a excellent host who really communicates so well and cares about your time and experience you have at his home! The apartment is perfect for everything you need and location is close enough to most popular things in the hotel zone, even by walking through the former golf course as a short cut. Angel reached out to us to offer a solution beneficial to us both for the few days in-between two separate stays at his apartment with a discounted rate, which was really helpful! . Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.

The apartment is amazing, super spacious and comfortable! Both the dining room and bedroom have ocean views! It is a few minutes' walk from the island (shopping mall).

Juan's apartment is really beautiful. I went with my family and we all loved it. Everything was very nice, clean and very well-equipped, but above all, the ocean view. Beach and pool access. It's a family atmosphere and very peaceful, I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here! We booked last minute and everything was ready and even was available for early check-in that day if needed. The location is very nice along the north part of the Hotel zone with easy access to restaurants along the strip or in the city. The grounds are beautiful, not too big and so the pool was very close, and the beach was just past it! The beach was as others describe- very calm, shallow for a long ways and perfect for little ones or relaxing in the water! There are designated swimming areas marked off. This is a two bedroom hotel room and, like others have mentioned, the entrance opens into the first room. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms and there are doors separating each space. There is a door separating these rooms to the unit next door, which you can hear very easily through. Everything was clean, no bugs, and water pressure was good. The shower is a rain shower head, which may be why some have noted lower water pressure.

Every thing & everyone were super! Condo is very nice & comfy! Great location, the view is amazing. Private but also had the amenities of the property (great restaurants on site, bellmen, tour arrangements in lobby & store for basic needs ). We spent our anniversary & my husband’s birthday here for 7nights. We’re pleasantly surprised by hosts on our special occasion. So much to see & do so close by! Larger grocery just a bus stop away. Pool & beach chairs always were always available. Great security on site 24/7. The bed was amazingly 🥰so very comfortable (and I am picky). The air conditioning was super! Trust me, central ac is a must in Mexico!! (for me anyways) and I am from a hot/humid climate in the USA. The washer/dryer was a nice plus as well ! I have been coming to Areas in Mexico for 30 years and would highly recommend this condo!! Would definitely come back. Thank you Juan & Edith for making our vacation one to remember 😘😘.

Beautiful house right on the beach. Loved having the pool overlooking the beach and the dipping pool on the upper deck - which warmed up perfectly with sun to make it warm for the evenings! Kitchen and bathrooms were great and the beds are super comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The place is a dream, it is located in the best area of Cancun, where you can see the most beautiful colors of the sea!! The house is super nice, the views are spectacular, you see the Caribbean Sea all the time, in addition the rooms are very comfortable to rest, the bathrooms are super elegant and everything is extremely spacious. The pool area is also great for swimming, I highly recommend it!!!

This place was great. I was there with 12 of my best friends and everything worked out perfect staying at Daniel’s place; the house was a great size and the location was very convenient! We enjoyed being right on the beach, and the pool at the house was perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Sylvia's home was just perfect for our sisters getaway. 3br/ 3bath and a great living area to gather. The decks overlooking the ocean were perfect for morning coffee and cocktails by pool (overlooking the ocean) were splendid. Local concierges and housekeepers Maribel and Jose couldn't be more responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

Thank you for always being prompt to whatever we needed! The house was even more beautiful than expected and very clean.

Okay: * Location, amenities and utensils in general * Very agile check-in and check-out process. * Room size and habitability (even if the view is partial to the sea). * Communication with Diego and willingness to help very remarkable! * Overall, the studio is nice and does the job, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, you can rest very well! * I really applaud that they are 100% pet friendly! Thank you for staying up to date and serving guests with this need and taste! To improve: * Air conditioning cannot be regulated * Hot water takes a long time to come out (a lot of water is wasted because of it) * Outside noise in general (for sensitive people, it can be difficult to sleep because you can hear cars on the avenue and some fans that work 24 hours a day). It didn't affect me, but it's something to consider. * The dryer, blender, stove, refrigerator and a/c already require maintenance or renovation. * The insistence of vendors * The cost of the daypass or breakfast pass is very expensive, I did not use it.

Can’t thank Blanca and Ola enough for allowing us to stay at their home. It is a beautiful location and is exactly as it is shown in the listing. The views and the pool are incredible. They lined up the transportation and ferry ride to get there from the airport. That took so much worry about the travel day away. The other concern was how to get around. They helped with renting a golf cart which we recommend for a few days. Taxis were always available right outside the condo. Look forward to our next trip there.

Excellent place, as seen in the photos and described. Very accessible, close to beaches, supermarkets and gas station. I would stay there again if I return to Cancun. BONUS, inside the condominium there is a store and it serves meals in case you don't want to leave the place, you can find everything right there. The host was always attentive to making sure everything went well.

Beautiful apartment located in a nice, safe area! The included facilities (beach club, roof top) are excellent. Can only recommend it, was the best AirBNB of our 2 weeks trip.

It is spacious, it was in a good location for what we wanted to do in Cancun but the place needs to be updated. Couches were dirty (light colors don’t hide). The hosts were very responsive but there was nothing they could do about the condition of the furniture and doors.

Excellent stay, nice place and good location in the hotel zone, the ocean view is beautiful. The apartment is spacious and quiet, the amenities are more than enough for a pleasant stay... The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos... Miriam was always attentive to any of our questions… an excellent host.

Claudia’s home was idyllic. The beach was private, calm, and perfect for kiddos. The home was clean, comfortable, and great for our family. All the amenities we could need and Claudia was so helpful and communicative. The Beachscapes staff were equally helpful and the facility as a whole was very nice.

I really enjoyed my 5 night stay at Marielas place. It was truly just steps from the ocean and the pool. I rented a chair at the beach club one day and the service was great. It was 900 pesos for the day and you but you get 600 pesos in credit for food and drinks. My stay was in mid May and the pool and the beach didn’t really fill up with people until late afternoon. Since the condo is right above the pool you could hear the beach club music inside but it wasn’t a problem for me. Mariela and Lucy were very communicative before the stay and I didn’t have any issues or questions for them but I feel like they would have responded right away if I needed something from them. The condo location was very walkable and felt like a safe area for me to walk around in alone. I would stay again for sure.
