Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.

Este alojamiento es realmente bueno y merece 5 estrellas. El lugar está diseñado con muy buen gusto, con los acabados, muebles y pequeños detalles acordes a un departamento de lujo. El balcón está bárbaro, con un muy buen tamaño para poder estar hasta 4 personas cómodamente disfrutando de la excelente vista. La alberca es ESPECTACULAR! Mide 40 metros de largo y 1.50 de profundo! Ideal para gente que le gusta nadar distancia y la temperatura del agua estaba bastante bien. Por último, el proceso de llegada y salida fue súper sencillo, y al ser autónomo, es muy conveniente, sobre todo para personas que tengan que llegar o salir en altas horas de la noche o madrugada ya que siempre hay una persona en la recepción 24/7 lista para recibirte.

La estancia fue excelente. Todo estaba limpio, bien equipado y tal como se muestra en las fotos. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue rápida y amable. ¡Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí!

My family and I loved this place so peaceful no one bothering in anyway the rooftop pool amazing the times we were there it was empty, also ale made our stay so easy she help us get a rental car and the rental please were able to dropped off at the apartment. Everyone was friendly and helpful so don’t doubt about this place everything is like the pictures show you, you will love it

Todo bien. Algunos detalles mínimos de limpieza como las cortinas. Por todo lo demás, muy bien. La playa está a pasos. Los restaurantes de enfrente muy ricos. Queda el oxxo caminando.

Un alojamiento excelente, en una buena ubicación y sector tranquilo. El departamento muy amplio, aseado y con todas las comodidades para estar allí. Además, destaco la buena disposición, atenciones y trato de Pedro Pablo. Sin duda, si volvemos a Cancún, será nuestro alojamiento nuevamente. Muy agradecida y feliz con nuestras estancia.

We had an amazing stay at this property! Paola and Gerardo were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. They recommended a variety of things to do in Mexico and helped us arrange everything—from a private chef and transportation to booking our excursions. The highlight was definitely the private yacht trip to Isla Mujeres—an unforgettable experience with stunning views and delicious food. The service at the house was also outstanding. Paola’s mom was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home was spotless, and we felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour security. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially with the beautiful weather. This was a perfect place to stay with friends and family, and we highly recommend it!

Marcella's/Lidia's studio apartment was perfect for my friend and I on a girls vacation and their communication was on point (they reached out early, very responsive). It was lovely that we got to utilize the amenities of the resort including 3 pools, beach access, daily towels, activities. [Note that you cannot order drinks/food from any bar/restaurant on site - you could pay for the all inclusive day pass but I don't recommend it, so many cool local spots to check out.] We bought our own drinks and could drink them anywhere; there was a portable cooler in the studio. The maid comes 2x/week. If you plan on eating in the room at all, I would recommend buying a sponge/dish soap. Would be nice to have a dish towel to dry utensils as well, but this is obvious a very small thing that did not impact our stay. We would absolutely stay here again; it felt both secluded and easily accessible (there is a mall right across the street with a grocery store and shopping - truly a 3 minute walk)!

We had a really good time at Julio’s place which is centrally located above the Plaza Las Americas. There is a big food court in the mall plus Uber Eats can deliver to the location. Most of the activities in and around Cancun had a meetup point at the mall so that was very convenient. Building is super secure with a locked door which has 24/7 security present and you have to tap your card for the elevators to go upto your floor. Amenities included an amazing and clean swimming pool and a gym. Julio was really helpful when we reached out to him for anything and recommended a few places too! I would highly recommend this place!

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment! Araceli was extremely helpful before and during our vacation. And quickly responsive. This is a beautifully decorated apartment and the complex is quiet and well maintained with multiple pools and a beach to enjoy. We ate twice at the poolside bar and the food was great. Cocktails too!There were plenty of loungers poolside or beachside to use. La Amada is away from the bustle of Cancun hotel zone which we enjoyed but it was helpful to have a car for places we wanted to visit. Also there are activity bookings close to La Amada as well. Nearby we visited The Flamingo restaurant twice. The service was friendly and the seafood menu good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

Excelente ubicación si vas al centro de Cancún. El departamento muy amplio y muy bien equipado. Muy cómodas las 3 terrazas para tomar el sol. Un bonito plus la pantalla de la sala.

Sinceramente es uno de los mejores lugares en los que hemos estado, el departamento es precioso, muy fresh, muy cozy, está muy completo en cuanto a utensilios de cocina y de todo. Las camas súper cómodas :)). Siempre que entras tiene un olor peculiar pero es riquísimo, los cuartos también lo tienen. La decoración es súper bonita (se nota el esfuerzo que hicieron y que siguen haciendo a diario). La comunicación es súper rápida, en todo momento están al pendiente de ti y de cualquier cosa que necesites, te dan las instrucciones súper bien y todo es muy agradable. Está muy cerca de todo, plazas, súper, y muy cerca de la playa también. Definitivamente es un lugar al que vamos a regresar muy pronto. Gracias por todo :))

Muy bien ubicada la casa en zona privada y tranquila, en cuanto llegamos todo limpio y Eli nos dejó las instrucciones claras para el acceso. Me alojé con mis padres y les encantó el lugar, comentaron que la próxima vez que vengan quieren volver a quedarse aquí mismo, había tiendas de conveniencia y locales a poca distancia caminando, no era necesario el uso del coche.

El lugar es un sueño, está ubicado en la mejor zona de Cancún, donde se pueden ver los colores más bonitos del mar!! La casa está súper niceeee, las vistas son espectaculares, ves todo el tiempo el mar Caribe, además las habitaciones muy cómodas para descansar, los baños súper elegantes y todo sumamente amplio. La zona de la alberca también está genial para nadar, lo recomiendo ampliamente !!!

super atencion, lo recomiendo ampliamente un lugar muy tranquilo para descanzar y en mi caso para concentrare en el home office, definitivamente de los mejores en Cancun!

Excelente alojamiento, el lugar es muy tranquilo y con bonitas amenidades. El anfitrión siempre estuvo atento en todo momento, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volveríamos alojarnos.

The location of the house is primo! We found the family environment safe and a perfect way to experience the island culture. We will definitely visit again!

Nuestra experiencia en este Airbnb fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el primer momento, Isaac se mostró increíblemente atento y servicial. Nos brindó todas las atenciones necesarias… ¡y mucho más! Siempre estuvo al pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto, con una disposición genuina que no es fácil de encontrar. Sin duda, uno de los mejores anfitriones que he tenido en Airbnb.
