Monthly Rentals in Platja del Perelló

We were very happy with our stay at Silvia's place. She met us at check in and guided us thru the apartment. Location was fantastic, about 25 minutes from Valencia City Center and 1 minute from the beach. Apartment came as advertised.

Gemma always replied to us, was nice and polite. The place was clean and everything else was as described. the apartment is just in front of the beach, close to many restaurants. I would recommend. The apartment was fully equipped and had everything we needed, including a parasol and items for a day at the beach.

We had an amazing three-month stay! Raquel is very responsive and helpful. The location and the view from the terrace were great!

The ocean views are wonderful. The morning sun rises right in front of the balcony. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed the time there and we had the beach almost to ourselves. However, the town of El Perello itself is still not very lively in April and consists almost entirely of new buildings. Communication with Noelia was great - she takes great care of the well-being of her guests. The bus stop (line 25 to Valencia Porta de la Mar) is about a ten-minute walk.
