Very cozy apartment with many nearby services (beach 350 meters away, supermarkets, bus station, library, clinic, restaurants) Very quiet apartment with little traffic. I will be delighted to welcome you to Blanes, to my home. Blanes is a charming coastal town that will not leave you indifferent. About the accommodation I have to add that: It does NOT have an elevator (2nd floor) It does NOT have heating (but it DOES have stoves) It does NOT have air conditioning (but it DOES have fans) Thank you!

The proximity to the sea and the beach are the main assets of the apartment. I recommend contemplating the dawn (the apartment faces southeast). You can completely forget about your car: all the main shops are within 200 meters of the apartment. Blanes is very well connected to Barcelona: by train, a train every 30 minutes, to arrive in the heart of Barcelona in 1 hour 20 minutes and by road (70 km).
