There is also a balcony on this floor. The upper part is very exclusive and private and features a large bedroom with a full bathroom, another living room, a gym, and an exit to the large terrace.

Conveniently located the villa is just a 15 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach, while a selection of restaurants and bars are even closer. During the early and later parts of the season a car may be necessary as some facilities located close by may not be available. Inside, the house is bright and comfortable whilst the cool, swimming pool is surrounded by paved sun terraces.
