Great quiet location as we were looking for. The accommodation is very well-equipped inside and out. Everything is well thought of, nothing is missing. The accommodation is optimal for couple. This isn't just a holiday home, it's a real family home away from home. We've been here before and we'll definitely be back. Maria is a great host. Everything was all set for us and the villa's even been upgraded with new appliances, bedding and outdoor furniture. The view is still fantastic, and Portocolom is cute and peaceful. We give it five stars!

Great location and beautiful house.

we had a great holiday at francisca’s place (family of 6 adults)! the location and surrounding of the place are truly unique and amazing. the outside area offers a lot to do and different seating areas. the rooms are nice and clean, everyhting is nicely furbished. communication was very good and friendly. i only have a small complaint: i would have expected a decent amount of dish washer tabs, cleaning cloths and towels in the kitchen (there was only 1 cloth and 2 towels provided for 1 week for 6 people, and 3 dishwasher tabs) and toilet paper to be provided. additionally, some of the equipment could be renewed (like a toilet brush, heavily scratched pans, leaking jug). but these are very small complaints on a very high level:) the kitchen itself very well equipped. it didn’t disturb our great stay, we would definitely come back anytime!

Absolutely loved this Villa. It was in a peaceful tranquil location. The surrounding town had the required amenities, there is not a massive amount to do in Cala Mendia but local transport is easily accessible. The villa itself was beautiful and clean with the added touch of a beautiful pool.

Beautiful house, spacious and equipped with all the comforts. We were with 5 children from 3 years to 15 years old, we had a great time. Especially the pool table and ping pong table were favorites. Rooms spacious, with plenty of storage space and spacious bathrooms. Kitchen spacious and equipped with everything. Also the bbq well used! Cool pool. The location was a bit disappointing for us, just too far from the village to walk with small children. Car is recommended. Nice town and harbor. The hostess very helpful and had done groceries for us herself due to our late arrival. Definitely recommended!

Barbara’s home was as described in the pictures and in a wonderful location in a small town where you could walk to the beach. The home was spacious and perfect for two couples as two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms we’re at opposite ends of the house. This allowed for two couples to have some privacy and the amenities to themselves. There are lovely walks in the neighbourhood and all the amenities such as groceries and restaurants are all within 15 or so minutes. I would definitely recommend this home.

Such a beautiful place! Enjoyed having coffee in the back porch by the pool. Close to the beach and restaurants. Peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Was great staying at Joan’s place! It isn’t in town but next to the nature reserve and a 20min walk or 5min drive to Alcudia old town. Great spot for a cycling vacation.

Great villa, nice pool, great location. The sun shines on the terrace and pool until the evening. The rooms are optimal and well distributed. The communication with Joanna was great. Quick replies and friendly. We and our kids really enjoyed it and we can only recommend it to everyone.

Miguel was very responsive, friendly, and helpful during the check in and throughout the time we were staying at the house. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the amenities were great. We enjoyed the bright lighting in the kitchen, the deck and view of Port De Sóller, and loved swimming in the pool. It is a short walk to town, but lots of hills and stairs. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

We had a very nice stay, the pool was very clean as was the rest of the house. This was taken care of directly in case of problems. However, the air conditioning did not work in one room, but we were provided with a fan. The owner was very good in German and was very nice and helpful. For us, the stay was very pleasant and relaxing.

We had a wonderfully quiet vacation. The house is located in the small village of Betlem and was a great starting point for excursions and hikes. We especially liked the coastal hiking trail to two turquoise bays. It starts almost behind the house. Unfortunately, the village of Betlem is shaded behind a mountain range and now in autumn the sun only appeared later in the morning. In the village, there is a mini supermarket with fresh rolls in the morning. In summary, it can be said that we lacked nothing in our short vacation.

Maria’s place is great if you want some peace and quiet outside of Palma. The house was spotlessly clean. We shared a few messages before our arrival and I asked if the place had a bbq, unfortunately it didn’t. However, when we arrived we saw that Maria had been and brought one and a bag of coals to go with it! The house does have a faint smell of smoke which didn’t bother us but may bother others. You certainly need a car to make the most of what the island has to offer. All in all, a great stay. Thanks Maria!

A great place with plenty of space and very tasteful and complete furnishings in a great location! The house is absolutely amazing with 3 bedrooms incl. bathrooms, a large kitchen, a large living room, two inviting terraces and balconies. So you always have sun or shade, as needed. It's just got everything to comfortably take care of yourself. The surroundings are quiet and yet you are 5 minutes' walk to the beach and flexible by car in all directions. The transaction with Juana Maria and Joana is very nice and straightforward. We thank you for the warm welcome and would be happy to come back!!!

Delightful villa, and a delightful stay. The property is surrounded with landscaped garden, accessed by an electric front gate. Wonderful location within a few minutes of the airport. Silvia was so kind as to allow me to check out late in the evening, (complimentary), due to having a later flight. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Mallorca. Thanks Silvia!

A small sme vela priestoru, I rate the master bath before the fire plus an externu toilet, tym norebalo nikoho rusit. Portocolom ma prekvapil. Bolo tam naozaj pekne a pokojne. Patio kuchyna spolu s uzasnym vyhlad na zahradu na nas pri kulad na kupot na nu posobila zakazdym velmi ukludnujuco. I give you for a priatelska a milu conversaciu kazdy den. Citili allowed with there if at home.
