Apartman je nov sa svim potrebnim uredjajima za domaćinstvo. Apartman je komforan i ima dve spavaće sobe sa bračnim krevetima i dnevnu sobu sa sofom koja se ne rasklapa, ali može da posluži možda za jednu ili dve noći da neko prespava u slučaju da dođe pet osoba. Kuhinja ima posuđe i pribor za jelo, kao i čaše za vino, šolje za kafu i obične staklene čaše za vodu. Kupatilo je takođe komforno i uvek savršeno čisto, sa sapunom za ruke, kupkom za telo i šamponom, kao i toalet papirom, fenom, sunđerom i tečnostima za čišćenje. U apartmanu imate peškire za svakog gosta, kao i čaršafe i pokrivače za krevete. Gosti mogu da koriste praktično ceo apartman, ili tačnije sve prostorije koje se nalaze u apartmanu su na raspolaganju gostima.
