Apartment behind the dune, ocean on foot!

My accommodation is close to the ocean, the beach, the best surfing, Lake Hossegor, the Bourdaines, the Estagnots, the forest. You will appreciate this apartment for the view, location, private access to the beach, secure parking, quiet, decoration, books and because everything has been recently renovated (August 2016). The view encompasses the forest, the dune, the Pyrenees in the distance and all this from the sofa or while cooking. Each window, even the bathroom window, overlooks the dune.

Beautiful modern, air-conditioned and bright T3 apartment, located 200m from the beach and 50m from small shops. A bright 64 m2 surface area with a beautiful fully equipped American kitchen, a comfortable living room with sofa bed and sofa bed. Living space is open to a large 43 m2 southwest facing terrace with a barbecue and shower area The sleeping area is composed of two bedrooms with a 140 cm bed and a 160 cm bed. My accommodation is located 100 meters from the mythical beach of Les Estagnots , surf spot internationally known by all lovers of gliding and sensations. You will enjoy this place for location , calm , immediate access to bike paths , proximity to shops as well as golf courses . Parking space in the property. Pool access exclusively reserved for the owners. We have a dog that we keep away from guests. We do not accept animals.

A house where you could live all year round, in the much appreciated greek quartier of Les Bourdaines. A direct access to the beach, no road to cross. You can suit up at the house and be in the line up in 4 minutes! With 2 bedrooms with quality beds, a nice living area and a fairly big garden, you will be staying in one of the best spot on the coast...trust me I have lived in the Hossegor, Seignosse area for the last 25 years!
