Stunning balcony view of the coastline and all the way to the Pyrenees. On one side the ocean, and on the other the pine forest as far as the eye can see. 5 minutes from the beaches of Le Penon and Les Estagnots, with a summer market, shops, cool restaurants and bars, and cabins on the beaches where to enjoy cocktails and tapas in the sunset. Dream Beach House 300m from Ocean

Beautiful bright beach house on large pine property 3 minutes walking distance from Bourdaines beach and 3 minutes drive from the golf course. Famous restaurants at the lake, major supermarkets and bars are all located close by. The traditional "landaise" style house is newly renovated. The interior mixes elements form the region with contemporary furniture and art. A large generous outside deck was newly built and together with the outside grill is a favorite hangout on lush summer nights.
