The garden is completely enclosed and the property is rented for the exclusive use of the Tenant. The villa has a fully-equipped American kitchen, a comfortable living room and is fully air-conditioned. Pool or hot tub rental is possible for an additional fee. Please note that the pool is heated and is rented from April to October.

You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property. Pool access exclusively reserved for owners. We have a dog that we keep away from guests. We do not allow pets.
