Annick is a very welcoming host and concerned about the well-being of her guests. The accommodation is very nice and pleasant, as described. The neighborhood is quiet. The ocean is a few minutes' walk away. A host and accommodation to recommend.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, bright, we had a lovely week there! It is a private residence, very quiet and steps to the beach. The bedding is comfortable. We were able to enjoy the large balcony for lunch. We didn't want for anything! We're so excited about our week in Capbreton!

Magali and Manuel are adorable. We found the house very quickly. We are a few meters from the sea, you have to go down a dune and the huge beach is there, superb. The house in addition to being well located is very nice, there were 5 of us with a dog and each had their own space. Even the rain didn't spoil anything! Thanks a lot for this great place!
