I stayed here for eastern was a wonderful place. We had several places nearby to visit. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area of Sacramento

I loved my stay at David’s place! Great location and it’s a very walkable area. The flat was perfect for my work trip, and I’ll definitely stay here again. David was very helpful, accommodating and generous, and parking was easy with the permit. And I loved working a bit outside on the balcony in the sun!

This is the second time I have stayed - did not disappoint ! One of the best I have stayed at - I was glad to have booked jt - very happy.

Great stay for what we needed! Everything was clean, organized, & had such a responsive host. Love that shake shack was walkable when we need a quick bite to eat.

Another great stay at Stew's place. I highly recommend. It is off a busy highway, but you wouldn't know it because it is secluded down below the businesses and is very private and quiet. Everything was very clean and lots to do with movies and games for the kids. The hot tub was so nice. It was very cool in the morning so that is a great way to warm up under the canopy of pine trees that surround the back deck. Definitely will be back for another stay.

Always such a pleasure to stay at Sue's place. We love Sacramento and arranging to stay here makes the trip seamless because we always know what to expect. Another terrific stay! Thank you, Sue!!!! A+++

The cottage was lovely. Danika was very welcoming. We will definitely be back with a big group and take advantage of all the cute cottages that Danika has. Coloma is a cute little town, some good option for breakfast/lunch and dinner and we had a great time rafting. Loved everything about it!

We had a lovely stay. Comfortable, pleasant backyard, cool kitchen, and very nice bathroom and bathtub! I appreciated the electric candles and the bath tray. Made a stressful time a little more relaxing. Thank you!

This is my second stay at the historic mansion. I wrote a glowing review on my previous stay and our current stay did not disappoint. If you are looking for a high end AirBNB this is the place. Accommodations as in our prior visit were excellent, beddings were very comfortable and the home itself is well laid out and roomy. Sue our host was kind enough to provide plenty of firewood so we could avail ourselves to the outdoor fire pit where we were able to roast marshmallows for the young ones. Sue also contacted me and advised the home was ready for check in at an earlier time making our check in much more convenient. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Yuba City.

Most important was how clean and orderly it was. Got use to the train very quickly, didn’t even wake me after the first night. Went there for some Baseball games, was able to walk there (parking at the ballpark was $30 $ $35) Nice little electric heaters when it got chilly.

We loved our month long stay at Monica's and would definitely consider staying there again when we are in the area! Monica's home is roomy and well appointed. Sofa was comfortable and the beds were comfortable too. Plenty of hot water. The back yard is really very nice and comfortable! We loved being able to walk in the park that is very nearby. We can highly recommend staying at Monica's if you're in the Sacramento area!

Ideal for our needs! Stayed 5 nights. Friendly responsive host. Water pressure is low in the kitchen but didn't affect the shower. I didn't catch that the private suite isn't pet-friendly so we had to rearrange our plans within our group but worked it out no problem - my error but it was clearly indicated at the home to avoid mishaps. Would definitely stay here again if in need of group accommodation. Thanks, John

We had a great stay at Cameron’s place! Very comfortable and Cameron was very responsive to our requests.

The place was fantastic! Exactly as described. Very clean and tastefully done. My wife and daughters were very impressed w me picking such a great house. Walking distance to Dutch Bros, donut shop, and a Raley’s supermarket. I would highly recommend and come back and stay in the future. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this worked out great. Super easy check in and check out. Very fast response on any questions from Marilyn. She even reached out and let us check in hours earlier in the day which helped out a lot! A++++++++

Booked for a festival and enjoyed coming back to a quiet space rather than a noisy hotel. The complex was very nice with a grocery store close by. There are upstairs neighbors but they were not exceedingly loud. It does have a small garage but was able to fit my vehicle in it no problem although street parking is not an issue as there were many spots available. It was very easy to get in and out of and had everything we needed. Place was very clean and communication and instructions were very clear.

Possibly one of my favorite Airbnb stays ever. Hosts were super kind, helpful, great at communicating and flexible with a last minute request. The space itself was perfect for us, and the location was great for skiing at Palisades. Honestly may make this place a regular spot for summer and winter Tahoe trips. Highly recommend.

Very clean and all the supplies etc needed to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Bathrooms, Beds and bedrooms were excellent. Would stay here again.

The accommodation was very homie! Great space! Hot showers needed to be spaced out between guest, but is manageable! One garage spot and super close to alpine resort base lodge! Skiers dream spot!

Literally one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in, hands down an incredibly peaceful and comforting experience from end to end… We will be back for sure, thank you Vacation Tahoe for an amazing time!!!!!

This property will make you want to move to Lake Tahoe. Views are to die for, just amazing. Right ON the water. Very peaceful and pretty private (adjacent unit balcony is right next to yours) and super handy to Tahoe city shops and restaurants. Would happily return - LOVED it. Hauserman were also very responsive and helped out when the app did not send the instructions through. The living and dining areas were a little smaller than we expected based on the photos but perfectly fine for a party of 3 adults.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Nice, well kept building. Right in the heart of Sacramento. Walking distance to Old Sac and the Capitol area. Nice balcony. All appliances function well. Well stocked. Easy, clear instructions from the host. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen well stocked. Locked parking - reserved spot. Very clean, exactly as seen in photos. Excellent communication with host. Great Wi-fi. Highly recommend if you are in Sacramento for business or for fun.
