Alex is an amazing host. She made us feel so welcome. The apartment was very Tuscan quaint and the location was wonderful for driving around Tuscany.

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Really clean and comfortable accommodation. It reflects what is shown in the photos. The host was super welcoming and helpful. He gave us prompt support by always responding on time. I highly recommend it!!!

Amazing stay in the Tuscany region!

Very pleasant house to stay in, extremely quiet, with superb views of Lake Trasimeno. It is excellently located, since in 30 to 60 minutes by car you can also be in Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Siena and so many other beautiful cities. And, for those who prefer to walk or cycle, the lake tour is almost 60 km! Last but not least, Sergio is very friendly, full of attention but at the same time very discreet, and as a man of culture he will give you all the information you would like. We were a family of 5 with two 20 year old boys and an eleven year old girl. We loved the homely feel of the farmhouse. It had everything we needed for our 10 day break. The gardens and pool were amazing and we loved the two different sitting areas. If you are looking for somewhere to get away from it all then this is a great option. There are a few nice restaurants within a ten minute drive and the towns of Orvieto and Bolcina were great to visit. We also used the train service to go to Rome which was very easy. You definitely need a car when staying here. Andrea was friendly, very helpful and on hand if you needed anything. Would definitely recommend this fantastic holiday home.

Peaceful retreat, character, and stunning views

I am so happy that I booked Alistair's accommodation! A private guest house with a spectacular view and lovely amenities (as listed). Located near beautiful Tuscan towns, it was easy to get to and from. It was great to meet Alistair and Maria, they were so welcoming and generous. They also provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants. We wish we booked for longer!

Wow, what a beautiful spot, secluded but centrally located so that it is an easy drive to so much of the umbira/tuscany area. Simona was so helpful, responsive, and generous and we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Tuscany! We were able to make use of the pool on the first day with our two boys, 7 and 4. We visited Pienza, Montepulciano and Montelccino. We also purchased two of the wines from the estate. Alex made everything very easy and was a great host!

Ginevra was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication was smooth and prompt. Nice place, surely recommended!

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

Sabrina and her family were very accommodating and amazing host! The whole stay was superb In every way and my whole family as well as myself noted it couldn’t have been a better experience. From the amazing home cooked breakfast, to the cleanliness of the house, and the well thought out and led cooking class/dinner we enjoyed every aspect. Sabrina was very welcoming and made you feel like family :) I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful farm style stay that wants to experience Tuscany.

Lorenzo is a very tentative and really friendly host. He even cooked for us dinner in his living room with 12 other travler!! It was an outstanding experience having local food and a nice time together. He even catered special needs like vegetarian alternatives He is extremly fast in responding, gave us great recommendations and restaurant tips. He made sure we felt welcome and enjoyed our time. The accommodation is perfect for any nature love withe the dog, all the cats and sometimes I even heared owls at night. You made our trip perfect! Thank you so much Lorenzo!

Our stay in Camporsevoli was exceptional. Valentina met us and explained everything we needed to know about the home. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we would need. We were a family of 5, plus two grandparents, and there was so much space for us to relax. Valentina had some wonderful recommendations of places to go and things to see. If we are ever back in Tuscany, we would definitely stay here again. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!

When you stay with Fulvia you feel like you are a long lost relative coming for a visit! The surroundings are calming and picturesque and the home has a wonderful history as a restaurant. The house is very warm and inviting and spacious but maybe not good for those who crave minimalism. The AC works well and although there is no pool, the hot tub became a nice cool soak at night. She gave us a cooking class which was a wonderful experience and she arranged the menu around our likes and dislikes. She also had great recommendations for towns to visit and places to eat and also organized a wine tour close by. She and her family live on the ground floor, but it still feels private in the outdoor areas. We stayed there after a few days in Florence on our way to Rome and it was half way in between, so it was great location to visit towns on the way in and on the way out.

Absolutely amazing location in the countryside! Communication was excellent. We arrived at night to find our location with specific instructions. We stayed in Casa Azurre, a 2-bedroom residence on the property. Thank you Marta for an amazing experience! We woke up in the morning to the most incredible views! We had a long itinerary to drive around Val D’Orcia, but could easily just stay here and enjoy our stay! We seriously loved it here!

The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. Overall, Villa Lidia exceeded all our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family retreat, this is the place to be! Beautiful place surrounded by woods in contact with nature. The tent is spacious and comfortable with an en-suite bathroom. The views of the Tuscan hills are fantastic. To get there you have to travel a fairly long but feasible dirt road (I went up with a Dacia Sandero). Absolutely recommended 😊

Very comfortable accommodation for those who want to go to the Saturnia thermal baths or free waterfalls. Barbara was very understanding in meeting some of our needs. Accommodation equipped with everything you need. Recommended
