We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.

Anna's house is absolutely beautiful! The views as soon as you step out of the door are amazing. The location is also great and very easy to get to Florence, Rome, and anywhere in Tuscany. Anna is an extraordinary host and made sure we were satisfied during our stay. Communication was outstanding and very quick. If it weren't for Anna taking the time to meet us and direct us to the house on day 1, it might be difficult to find and easy to make a wrong turn, but that says something about the great privacy as well! The only down side we had were the ants coming up from the brick floor.

Everything is great, great place to stay with a small wellness area. We felt very comfortable!

A paradise!! Wonderful house and super well located. Oa Montalcino and Siena in the neighborhood. Radicofani itself is small but a fairy tale. We celebrated one week of vacation with our two kids (3 &7). At 35 degrees, the beautiful swimming pool was a nice cooling off. The other apartment had another family, but you have plenty of privacy. Agostina is a top host! Quick communication. And the animals in the yard are amazing! A lot of insects, but mosquito stuff does its job. We highly recommend this place and hope to return soon. Exactly what we needed

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

We had a wonderful time at Lucas' vacation home. Two weeks in the typical Tuscan idyll with more or less private pool helped us recharge our batteries. In addition to the extended pool days, sightseeing should not be neglected either. There are many unique attractions in the surrounding area. However, a car is essential. Most locations take about 1 hour. Luca was a great host and a really nice guy who did everything to make sure we had a good time on our vacation. He knows the area very well and was able to give us a variety of recommendations for fantastic day trips. What we would also like to mention is the cleanliness. The house was really well maintained. Even the knives were reasonably sharp 🙌 😅 We felt very comfortable with Luca and can highly recommend staying with him. Kind regards Sevi, Leon & Flo

The views are beautiful. Peaceful neighborhood. However, the kitchen is missing several items for cooking.

This is a lovely place to stay, right in the quiet walls of beautiful Manciano. The apartment had everything we needed, and we were able to cook in the well equipped kitchen. The bedroom is comfortable, with a high, beamed ceiling, bedside reading lamps, nice decor, good linens. The terrace was an added bonus, as was the washing machine! Luisella provided good local info via brochures and maps-- there's a lot to see nearby, including the free thermal baths at Saturnia. Good pizza places a short walk away. Parking was easy. Highly recommend this place if you want to feel like you're living in a beautiful hilltop village!

Outstanding stay! The house is located in an exceptional, nature-close setting with a large, fenced garden and breathtaking panoramic views. It is very well equipped, including bed linens, towels, and everything you might need. We were welcomed with a beautifully prepared table full of gifts – such a lovely gesture! The interior lighting is excellent, which might be important to some guests. The host was incredibly friendly, answered all our questions promptly, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Loved the location and the green views right on the edge of town. I stayed with a friend and we both had our own privacy as she slept on the pull out couch downstairs. We each enjoyed having our own bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. All in all a wonderful place that felt like home. Very clean and modern too.

Our short stay at Andrea's went very well! A great experience in the middle of nowhere. The accommodation is small but it is its charm, we loved this little cocoon, Andrea is a very welcoming and very caring host! No noise, very relaxing and refreshing place! Thank you so much

Luana is an extremely friendly and precise host. The experience in the property was perfectly in line with what was promised. There were no problems of any kind. I'd go back!

The property was even more beautiful than the photos could have described. The home is very comfortable, with all the needed amenities. Rita was a gracious host and welcomed us when we arrived, but still gave us plenty of space. She also has an amazing store with award winning olive oil she produces, as well as jams and jellies from the orchards of her farm. She very graciously gave us a tour and allowed us to meet her animals, who are all well behaved and charming. This was the most beautiful location I have seen in Tuscany. I would recommend her place to anyone looking for a place to get away.

Definitely a wonderful place to relax. The sunset in the evening is mind-blowing and Letizia is a very welcoming host. The apartment has everything you need but be aware that it can be pretty, pretty cold at night (we were there in May) and if you want to heat the place you’ll need to remember that gas is extra. Other than that it’s a place to fall in love with and also great if you bring your dog. We were sorry to leave and can absolutely imagine to be back to explore more of the Valley D’Orcia or simply to relax and enjoy the sun and nature.

We had a fantastic week in this house. Fantastic surroundings, nice garden, lovely poolarea and pleasant outdoor dining spaces. The houses on the premises had all the conveniences we expected. Very informative and nice communication with the host Alessandra before our trip and a nice and easy welcoming/check out with staff. We absolutely recommend this house for a pleasant stay in Tuscany.

We had a pleasant week-long stay at the comfortable Villa. We enjoyed the outdoor space on the patio for outdoor breakfasts and dinners. The house is equipped with all the comforts of air conditioners and mosquito nets very useful to counteract heat and insects. Quiet but great location to reach the beach shores of the beautiful beach of the Costa. Equally strategic location to visit neighboring towns. We had a great time and Clorinda is a reliable and very kind host.

We had a very nice vacation in this stylish, well-kept house with a large property in the countryside. The house is equipped with everything necessary, everything clean and tidy. We were there with children and a dog and enjoyed the simple life in nature. The passing road was closed during our stay. So we had to take detours on excursions, but it was very quiet and you could hear the stream and the animals. Very relaxing, for us and all those who like something like that. We received a warm welcome on our arrival. Communication was always quick, friendly and concerned with our well-being. 👍 Many thanks to the hosts and all the best for the future.

We spent New Year's Eve at this wonderful house, in the middle of a garden, with all the necessary comforts. Fabrizio and Saverio are two wonderful and kind hosts as well as very attentive to the needs of the customer. the spa a few kilometers away and the cleanliness of the perfect house are also elements not to be underestimated! We will be back and highly recommend this place!
