Whether you're relaxing on the terrace with a glass of local wine or exploring the nearby villages, you'll be surrounded by breathtaking beauty at every turn I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and scenic beauty. Thank you had a wonderful “ mini- break” - everything was tip top and the flat is super clean, warm, cosy and comfortable. We were greeted by our friendly host who had provided a welcome snack of biscuits and home made cakes. He also left a supply of teas and coffee pods. If you have a car and are interested in history ( from Etruscan through Roman to Renaissance ) there are endless places to see. We are very much looking forward to coming back!

you can sum everything up in one word "FANTASTIC". we had a great time and above all the communication with Massimo was beyond all expectations. Wonderful and helpful person in every respect. We stayed at Rangeles and were greeted by his parents, who were kind and hospitable. Check-in was earlier than expected. Very clean and well furnished apartment. They made us find some groceries. The kitchen was complete and there were cleaning products, washing machine, and dishwasher. Bathroom with spacious shower, towels and toiletries. Bedroom with super comfortable bed (with topper). The balcony with laundry rack is also convenient. Great location a stone's throw from the Coop, pharmacy and bar below the house. I only contacted Rangeles at the time of check-in and check-out but simply because we did not have any difficulties and she was always responsive in her responses. Parking below the house is almost always free. Thank you Rangeles!

This trip, the location, and host Alina exceeded all of our expectations by a long shot! The property is beautiful, the area quaint, and Alina’s recommendations will leave you spoiled for options to enjoy the local cuisine and more. Never found an apartment so equipped with every comfort and every accessory. It was like being at home. It's not at all obvious to receive so much attention! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and really has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The surroundings are fabulous, and it is located in a well-connected area but still quiet and relaxing. Super recommended! Too bad we were only there for a few days, but I hope to be back soon! 😄 In addition, the hosts are super responsive and available for any need/request. Thanks Sara & Sere!

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Silvia And Danielo could not possibly have been more helpful and friendly. The apartment has been totally refurbished to the highest standard with wonderful modern appliances and more storage than I have ever encountered in an Airbnb before. The decor is very tasteful. We had a bit of trouble understanding how to regulate the temperature and get onto the Wi-Fi, but at every stage, Silvia responded very quickly with helpful instructions, even coming by the apartment in person. They are lovely hosts by any measure and we hope to see them again one day.

A wonderful place to relax and unwind with great views of the countryside. Good starting point for trips to the Maremma. Leonardo is an extremely courteous and very helpful host! There were even fresh eggs for breakfast.😃 Next time we'll stay longer🌅

We stayed 3 nights at Ilaria's place. The house is in a quiet residential area of Abbadia, but still close to the center. We found the apartment in perfect condition, tidy and extremely clean, equipped with everything you need for your stay: products for personal hygiene, very well-stocked kitchen and also the necessary for breakfast as well as a nice bottle of 33 cl of welcome prosecco. Flexible and simple self check-in, still present if needed and responsive to our requests. Everything was perfect, Ilaria was an exceptional host!

Very comfortable accommodation for those who want to go to the Saturnia thermal baths or free waterfalls. Barbara was very understanding in meeting some of our needs. Accommodation equipped with everything you need. Recommended

This stay was beautiful in the day, at night, and even in the rain. It’s a gorgeous location looking out at the hills and farms. Had a lovely welcome from Ulla and met Ralf walking about in their property. We were happy to have stayed here and would love to come back.

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

Beautiful apartment with great terrace and beautiful views. Perfect location, walking distance to the whole village. Very handy to have private parking, we could fit two cars without problem. Beds could be more comfortable and the kitchen is quite small but on the whole a great stay 🙂 Would stay again.

It was really like being at home, both for us and for our dog who loved the large garden and the company of the very sweet Buddy. Luca and his family are really kind and caring and the location is really great for those looking for tranquility and practicality in reaching the most beautiful points of Lake Bolsena.
