Apartment fully furnished and equipped with every comfort, located in the first floor of villa in the countryside, completely independent. The house has an independent entrace, two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and a large living room with full kitchen. Large terrace with table and chairs where you can eat comfortably while enjoying a suggestive panoramic view of the surroundings. La casa é situata sotto il duomo di Sovana. Cancello con apertura elettronica e possibilità di accesso con auto. Intorno alla casa c'é un giardino con olivi secolari parzialmente recintato. Check in dalle 14:00 alle 18:00, vi aspetterà mia madre in via del duomo 58 presso la mieleria (nostro punto vendita aziendale) per accompagnarvi presso l'abitazione. L'accesso con le vetture é consentito per chi alloggia nel paese. 6km da Pitigliano. 10km dalle terme di Sorano 20kmdalle terme di Saturnia

Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio. L’agriturismo si compone di due appartamenti indipendenti con sala, cucina, camera e bagno. Non dovrai condividere nulla con il altri ospiti poiché é stata nostra cura organizzare tutto in maniera che ognuno abbia i propri spazi e tutto sia separato. All'esterno c’é un barbecue, tavolo con sedie e le sdraio. Nelle vicinanze Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino e Bagni San Filippo. Per raggiungerci 1,5 km di strada sterrata!

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

Terra Delle Sidhe, Seggiano, Tuscany

Terra delle Sidhe is a small organic farm located in southern Tuscany overlooking a beautiful valley located on the slopes of Monte Amiata, between the medieval towns of Castel del Piano and Seggiano. A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

Il Borghetto: La Casa di Alice, charme e relax

La Casa di Alice si trova in zona centrale per la visita della Valdorcia e Montalcino con sue cantine di Brunello. Tutta ristrutturata e molto luminosa, può ospitare da 2 a 4 persone. Interamente coperta da Wifi, ha due camere da letto matrimoniali, ciascuna con bagno privato, una cucina accessoriata un soggiorno relax con tv led, poltrone, camino a legna per le fredde sere d'inverno. Riscaldato a energia pulita e restaurato con materiali ecologici.

Appartamento Manassei

Situato a Orvieto, a 300 metri dal Duomo, l'Appartamento Manassei è un appartamento in un palazzo storico con ampia cucina, soggiorno, 2 camere da letto con due letti matrimoniali king-size e la possibilità di aggiungere due letti singoli. Ogni camera è dotata di un bagno privato molto grande. L'aria condizionata è presente in ogni stanza ed a disposizione degli ospiti vi è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole nel centro di Orvieto.

La Bandita dei Bovi

Il rustico si trova a 4 km da Castell'Azzara, immerso nel verde di un oliveta composta da 38 ulivi e alberi da frutto e circondato da terreni boschivi e pascoli di proprietà, si affaccia sulla valle offrendo una vista mozzafiato a 180° partendo a nord con la Fortezza di Radicofani fino a scendere verso ovest per perdersi all'orizzonte tra i Monti Sibillini. Distante 300 mt dalla strada provinciale è raggiungibile da una strada bianca.
