Newly built guest cottage (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linens, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå center (2km), hospital, Nolia, several of the football fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at the Storted. The cottage is equipped with wifi, smart TV, washing machine and AC. Two people can sleep in a sofa bed (140 cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private terrace with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, it is possible to connect to electric motor heater.

Modern cottage, calm area with good bus connection

A newly built cottage with room for many, in quiet area with 3 km from Luleå city center. The house is child-friendly and can accommodate larger groups of shorter periods and smaller groups for longer periods. Heat controls on the wall with floor heating in all the rooms. Good ventilation! Patio, access to yard and outdoor areas. Proximity to shop and kiosk. Let us know and we'll guide or give tips on places! Ormberget's outdoor area is 10 minutes walk from the accommodation as well as Skurholmsberget. quiet, quiet with a nice view!

Relax and enjoy this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

We offer a modern residence with a nice view of the sea. Access to the terrace. You have the beach right below, quiet and comfortable. If you walk after the beach 10 minutes, you are at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve. There is also a lot of off-road bike trails. To Piteå center it takes 10 minutes by car. Free parking and access to 11 kw electric car charger. Smoke and animal-free. Warmly welcome ! Ulrika

This charming house is located 2,5 km from Piteå sea bathing . Beach access and small boat and jetty . Bicycles are available to borrow. Nice forest trails and bike paths. Large country kitchen with sofa bed for 2 people . Living room with sofa bed and day bed . 2 rooms on the upper floor . WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Nice cottage in a rural setting near the coast

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.

Welcome to our cozy Grandfather's Cottage, which is located on the beautiful Hållgården in scenic Hemmingsmark, about two miles from Piteå C. Here you can relax in a classic environment on our Norrbotten farm, say hello to our two horses and visit nearby lakes and forests, and read.
