We spent New Year’s Eve at Ulrika‘s and Magnus’ place and had a lovely time at the cozy house. It was clean and very nicely decorated. Having a Christmas tree up was our personal highlight. It’s clear how much love and effort they put into the place and into taking care of the guests. We got quick responses and helpful recommendations and were overall super happy with their „service“. We even got some chocolates, fruits and such as gifts. Overall, a great experience. Thank you so much for everything and for having us! 🤗

good host and nice cabin

I had a great stay, the house was fresh and homely in a quiet area. It was easy to get there and everything worked smoothly, nice host who was easy to communicate with. I will be happy to come back again, highly recommended!

We spent a week in a dream destination nestled deep in the woods yet perfectly situated on the shores of the Bottniska viken. The well-maintained villa offered everything you could want for the perfect getaway, complete with charming amenities. Every night, the stunning aurora borealis (Northern Lights) lit up the sky, creating a celestial spectacle we’ll never forget. Hiking through snow-dusted forests and venturing onto the icy terrain became thrilling new adventures for us. Lars, our host, was attentive and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless. His traditional sauna? An absolute must-try—it added the perfect touch of local culture to our cozy evenings.

Very cosy. Way bigger than the images say. Layout: Small hallway. Left: bathroom. Straight: bedroom (officially living room) w/ narrow bed, (probably extendable) couch, TV, a table and chairs. Right: Kitchen = eating room. Equipment is basic, but well maintained w/ all essentials. There's a sitting sofa and four chairs around an extendable table. Through the kitchen, you reach the second sleeping room with a double bed and two armchairs. The only downsides are that this second sleeping room has a curtain instead of a door and that there could be a bit more storage space in both bedrooms. Sauna is in second building, very nice, very clean, wood fired. Host explains how to do it. All in all, it is definitely suitable for two couples getting along well. However, be warned: Getting around, also shopping, is very difficult without a car. Arrival and departure by public transport is feasible, but we'll suggest at least a rental car during the stay.

We had a pleasant stay at Tobbe’s accommodation. It’s a cozy and peaceful place, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, we personally found it a bit unusual that several amenities, like the washing machine, freezer, and sauna, cannot be used by guests. While this is clearly mentioned in the listing, it still felt strange to be surrounded by facilities we couldn’t access. Another point to consider is that cooking must be done outside, which isn’t always ideal, especially in bad weather. The location is quite remote. Although Luleå is technically walkable, it’s a long and challenging trek. Public transport options nearby are limited, so a car or taxi is almost essential. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to unwind. These remarks are based on our personal preferences and do not reflect the excellent quality of the accommodation itself.

Lovely little cabin in a beautiful location. Easy to reach with public transportation! I really enjoyed my weekend! Also really enjoyed the skiing tour with Carl and his dogs through the nearby forest!

It was a family Christmas for us to remember with a tree, lights and decorations all set up for the Christmas season. It was very warm and welcoming. This home is very spacious with a large relaxing area for adults and a toddler. This spacious layout allows for privacy and sleeping away from the living area where you can enjoy each others company. The beautiful kitchen is top notch and fully equipped. The sauna was a family highlight and enjoyed by all. The home is spacious, clean and exactly as posted in photos. A large driveway allows to park 2 vehicles. The location is a short easy drive to city center, grocery shopping and amenities. Our family couldn't have found a more accommodating home and hosts. Fredrik and Anna were absolutely wonderful. We would highly recommend this first class accommodation. Thanks

Upon arrival, Christina immediately came out to welcome us. She did an extensive tour of the cottage where the heating was already on and the lights immediately gave a homely atmosphere., explained everything friendly and interested. It immediately became a friendly chat. The cottage is an example of small but nice. Especially for 2 people, but more people can. It has everything you'll need. Plenty of spacious bedroom with a great large bed and closet space, a kitchen with the right stuff and a large fridge. Large dining table. Fortunately, the last night we were also able to meet Ove who had been traveling for a few days. And that too became a fun conversation and exchange of thoughts and experiences. We'd love to come back.
