Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Depending on the season, the crossing to the island is by small boat, which is included in the rental. In winter, we arrange shuttle service with snowmobiles. The island is located near central Piteå (6 km) and only 400 meters from the mainland. The hot tub is 38 degrees Celsius year-round. Wood-fired sauna on site. Here, you can enjoy the nature of Norrland. The midnight sun in summer and the northern lights in winter. We can usually arrange transfer to and from Luleå Airport for an additional fee.

The "fireplace room" with many windows has its own wood-burning stove that both warms and creates a very private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) is available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to the private patio. This charming cottage by the water is the perfect place to relax. Surrounded by beautiful nature and with a spectacular view of the sea, it offers a peaceful and tranquil retreat. Here you can enjoy quiet mornings by the water or watch colorful sunsets – a true oasis beyond the hectic pace of everyday life. The cottage is equipped with a sauna and a wood-burning stove, and for extra comfort there is a fridge/freezer and several heating elements, which makes it possible to visit this place all year round.

Large farmhouse, in a private location on Kullen in Öjebyn. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a junior bed, as well as a sleeping alcove with two 120 cm beds and a 90 cm bed. Space and access to extra beds are available. If more than 5 people, there is a fee of SEK 100/person, per night. Two toilets on the lower floor, one with shower. Approx. 500 m to the Piteälven river. 1.5 km to central Öjebyn where there is a grocery store. 100 m to the bus stop. 4.5 km to Piteå city center.

The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

Koppla av själv eller med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Eller kanske ett hem för hårt arbetande att bo när arbetsdagen är slut. Njut av naturen utanför dörren. Magisk utsikt över havet, men ändå bara ca 15 minuter från Piteå centrum. Vintertid är det bara att promenera, åka skidor eller skoter ut på isen. För den skridskosugne plogas det även upp en isbana. Sommartid kanske ett dopp i havet lockar? Det finns även en möjlighet för fler personer att bo då sovstugan kan värmas upp.

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G
