We offer a modern home with a nice view over the sea. Access to the balcony. You have the beach directly below, quiet and nice. If you walk along the beach for 10 minutes, you will be at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve. WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km.
