We spent a quiet and restful night at the property on the way north. In the evening we were even lucky enough to see the northern lights directly at the apartment. Thank you very much for everything, very happy to come back.

We had an amazing time at Sam‘s House! The flat is beautiful, includes all you need and Sam prepared everything nice and clean. We felt more than welcome since our arrival, which made the whole stay an unforgettable experience. He gave us suggestions about things to do in the area, prepared the Sauna for us including Snacks and he also invited us into his house for a Chat and a drink. Thank you again for everything, we had such a beautiful christmas Holiday!

The home and surroundings were above expectations! The accommodation made the stay a magical experience as there was a lot available, barbecue, sauna and jetty! Everything you needed was in the cabin and our children had a completely screen-free stay, which was completely painless for us parents thanks to the cabin's facilities. The view was incredible and we were very lucky with the weather. The host was very helpful and kept good communication. We felt welcome and allowed to feel at home. Highly recommend the accommodation if you visit Luleå and we visit Luleå again we hope that we are welcome back to this wonderful accommodation 🙏

Had a wonderful stay at Joakim's house! The place was cozy, clean and perfectly outfitted to make our vacation enjoyable. We particularly liked the quiet location right on the water, the cozy fireplace, the sauna and the fantastic views – a great place to enjoy nature and relax. The fireplace and sauna were ideal to enjoy soothing warmth after a cold day. Communication with Joakim was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. His mother received us with a detailed briefing, which made it much easier to start our stay. A special highlight was his tip to watch the northern lights right in front of the house – an unforgettable experience! We would come back anytime and can recommend the place to anyone looking for peace, nature and Scandinavian coziness. Thank you Joakim for the great hospitality!

Great cottage with wonderful views!! Clean and tidy! Glad it included towels and bed linen and that the cleaning was included in the price. Very nice host responding promptly to questions.

This is a lovely place to stay right on the water. It’s about 15 min from the airport and 15-20 from Lulea city. The house seems newly remodeled with thoughtful decorative touches with lots of lights and candles. We saw the Northern Lights from the porch and two moose in a nearby field. Beds and sofas were comfortable and we could have entertained ourselves for weeks with all the activities in the area. Kitchen is well-stocked and we loved the option to use the espresso maker. Our stay was perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

Sandra's home is absolutely lovely, clean, convenient and spacious. Lots to do of activities both inside and outside, perfect for a large family. Sandra is also very welcoming and friendly, information about the home was clear and transparent.
